Zoran's place was wonderful and had everything we needed for a week-long stay in Belgrade. It is in a great location, near the river and tucked away from busy streets, but public transport to the city centre is available nearby. The apartment is really nice and comfortable, equipped with modern appliances. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was 10 /10. Would recommend Zoran's place to everyone!

Mirjana was awesome! We didn't arrive until after 1:00 AM, but she was there to greet us and help us get situated. The apartment was in the best part of Belgrade, had a safe underground parking and was walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this.

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

A beautiful place to escape the city crowds and escape. The calm relaxing host was also very kind to us. On the terrace area of the house there is a beautiful view of nature on the evening against the view and the daytime. Thanks for everything. Get ready to sleep by swinging like a crib

A phenomenal stay. Words cannot express how great the house is. The view is phenomenal so are the amenities. The host is also great, with us every step of the way, and made us feel right at home. We’ll be coming back for sure, and I can recommend this place to everyone!

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

Pictures don't do the view justice, in my opinion. As you dine you can look up and see Gardos tower, similarly if you happen to work and look to your right. If, however, you decide to go to the balcony you will overlook the river in peace, turn around and the tower is once again right there. The place was pristine, and we were greeted by a small Christmas/New Year gift and a bottle of wine with two glasses. The house is a charming old lady, welcoming and warm. The host was very responsive, helpful and kind and you can tell a lot of effort and dedication is put into this place. Overall, I cannot wait to return when the weather is better and enjoy this place again

We had a peaceful few days with a great host and perfect location. The location of the house was both close to places to visit and a lot of cafes/restaurants around .Jordje helped us a lot by providing quick answers to our quick questions.

This apartment was even better than the photos! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The patio was a highlight – the views were absolutely breathtaking. I also loved having access to the gym and pool, which were just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a smooth check-in. I can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Nenad's apartment is truly THE perfect place in novi beograd. It is just a 2-3 minute walk to a convenience market, a green/fresh market, and many other mini stores around town. We had to do so many things during our stay and everything was easy because we could get them done quickly because of the location. The balcony is great for views and for hosting family/friends. I really enjoyed this apartment and hope to visit again!
