One of the better Airbnbs I have stayed at, highly recommend

We spent Christmas from December 19-28. Nine adults and 3 kids. We booked this a year ago so we could spend all of our energy planning a perfect Disney vacation for our grandchildren. Susan is an excellent host very responsive from the beginning. Being new to Airbnb I needed extra attention and Susan gave us clear instructions. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The location is close to Shopping and restaurants. The amenities of the house made it easy for us to plan our down days. We paid for the resort bands but did not use the resort because the house was so comfortable and accommodating that the kids didn’t want to leave. I loved having the option though. It’s easily 30 minutes to all of the parks. Being Christmas we expected traffic. We had minimal problems navigating through traffic. I highly recommend Susan and the resort if you are considering Florida.

Great place for my family to spend Christmas together. The place had enough space, quite, easy access, and mostly the kitchen space was more than enough to cook a holiday dinner.

Tamika excelled as a host. She was available when needed. The house shows an owner that really care about her guests. My family and I felt as if we were at close relative's or friend's house.

Nice house with good layout of rooms. It is very convenient to come with children as there is a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex. I also liked the themed design of the rooms. Overall, this is a good house for a large and friendly company.

What a relief to walk into Tetyana's place and have it match the pics shown in listing. Check-in was super smooth, even with us arriving after 10pm. We were literally 15 minutes drive away from our family's home. Shopping is a quick 15 minute drive. We did breakfast at First Watch, then a little shopping at TJ Maxx. Walmart in the same area as well. While a hot tub was available in our backyard, we preferred to take a stroll around the lake. Washer & dryer allowed us to return home with no dirty laundry. The complex has a club house complete with movie theater. Poolside, a tiki bar is available. I'm assuming pool is heated, because I saw folks swimming. (Temp outdoors was in 60s.) I'll definitely return as it was a joy to spend time here. There's fun for all ages... basketball court, playground, putt putt golf, etc. Highly recommended! Did I mention they're pet friendly? We will be returning to this gem in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

It was the perfect location for our group to stay for a night prior to our cruise! We loved the accommodations for everyone to have their own space and privacy.

The place is great. Very comfortable and modern. It is very close to Disney parks and entertainment, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Four very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet. Would stay here again when I'm in Orlando.

This home exceeded our expectations and felt like a home away from home. The amenities were exactly as described with lots of little extras that the made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Tom checked in with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we had arrived okay and that we did not have any issues. He encouraged us to reach out if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The entire experience was great! Host responded to all my questions within mins; house was clean, very comfortable, well stocked and very spacious. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Beautiful place could see fireworks from pool area, real close to disney and universal. Perfect place for families.

This place has definitely been the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!! We had stayed in Windsor Hills before and love it. But Kim’s place was beautiful! All my kids asked to move in, lol. We even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house has everything you need! The beds are soooo comfortable. Everything is brand new, I will say the appliances out smarted me a couple times but every time I reached out to Kim she responded right away. We definitely will stay here again.

I’ve stayed at a ton of Air Bnbs over the last few years and this one ranks right near the very top of the list of overall great stays! All the photos are exact. The house is pretty much spotless from top to bottom. The pool and jetted tub are great and the clubhouse area is in easy walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store within about a mile and half from the house as well as a number of restaurants. Thomas was quickly responsive any time I had a question and helped me with the few things I needed. (Like adding people to the guest list last minute). I would definitely stay there again and recommend the house to anyone that asks.

Luis' home was beautiful. Easy to find , private and a very comfortable place to stay. We are a family of five and having 4 bathrooms was such an amenity. Unfortunately it was very cold while we visited Orlando so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but we did manage to get 1 night in the hot tub. which was relaxing after a long day at Epcot. Luis was an amazing host, very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions we had. If i plan to visit Orlando again, I will defiantly reach out to Luis and hope to rent his home again. Hopefully in much warmer weather 😁

Ethan was great to work with. Very responsive. Ethan has a huge heart and went above and beyond for our son to make him feel special.

Genuinely one of the best anniversary trips we have taken. The place was beautiful. They had a surprise for us-I wont share what it was as its not the norm but I walked in the door and cried happy tears. The amenities were wonderful. We did have an issue where we heard what could've been a firearm go off Friday evening but it did not retract from the experience at all. Will absolutely be returning and recommending.
