Exceptional location for this beautiful property. Chris welcomed us with extreme kindness and humor. We will come back as soon as possible, there is still so much to discover in the area. We will also come back for the house, it is so pleasant to live in. Thanks Chris!!

This place is fab! we arrived to be greeted by a basket of treats and wine which was lovely. very good size rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. literally a 1 minute walk to a beach that is fantastic, especially for families. spacious beach and the snorkeling is great too. lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. overall I'd give this accommodation 10/10 great job Daniel

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

It was the second time we stayed and it has again met our expectations, incredible weekend. has everything you need to relax and enjoy with your family. It's despite the weather we were able to enjoy the pool and the bbq. If you have any issues, they resolve it super quickly. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We had an extended stay in this gorgeous villa. We loved everything about it and Carmen was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as she could and she always communicated well. The villa has a fabulous pool and garden area which was private and secure, and the house itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We shall definitely book here again. Carboneras is a typically Spanish town with very little English spoken, but the locals really appreciate you trying out the language and always try their best to make you feel welcome.

The stay was indescribably nice , despite the rain , professional landlord ,skilled with good information . Beautiful quiet place incredibly cozy restaurants in short walking distance. I recommend this apartment and amazingly skilled host 👍🙂Thank you so much would love to come back 👍🙂
