Kaniya is great! The response is quick and friendly. The instructions for check in/out is very clear. She also informed us beforehand that currently there's a road construction nearby and give alternative way to the place. The place is comfy and looks just like the photos. It has complete cooking utensils in case you want to cook by yourself. And the water dispenser is really helpful. I would love to book the place again for another family gathering.

There are limited restaurants. cooking and eating utensils are complete. there is a refrigerator and microwave.

Small & cozy apartment

Really loved this cozy, comfy apartment. Great location close to Breeze which has great restaurants and Aeon mall. bed was super comfy and the water pressure very good in the shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Good modern three bedroom apartment, 1 room double bed and 2 rooms single bed. Stayed for a couple of nights, the area felt nice and safe, and there is a shopping mall just next to it. Very clear instruction to check in. Very recommended.

This is my second time here ,and i would say it's better than the last time ,once again I highly recommend this place if you wanna stay in Jaksel(Jakarta Selatan =South Jakarta)

Due to the nature of my work, I have stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs across Indonesia. After moving around to different places, I ended up staying here. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the overall quality of the apartment. The apartment structure, swimming pool facilities (with poor water quality, making it unusable), and even the attitude and behavior of the security staff were disappointing. However, during my stay, the host’s responsiveness and efforts to address my inquiries and requests stood out. The host always replied promptly and tried to resolve issues quickly, which is why I’m leaving a 5-star review. The location isn’t bad, with restaurants (Korean, Japanese, etc.) within walking distance. When reading reviews, I tend to trust those from Koreans, Japanese, and Westerners more than local reviews. I hope my review helps those planning to stay here!

This is the second time I have stayed here. the house is very clean, spacious and fits many people. complete equipment. the atmosphere is suitable for those who want to escape from the noise of the city.
