Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bodden Town

Great place to stay in Bodden Town. Great small beach and pool. Had everything you need in the kitchen from a blender to potato peeler. We were able to go left or right out of the condo and just a bit down the road to a beach access to great walkable beach. Close to a 24hr Gym and a school with a track. About 30 minutes to 7 Mile beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nine day stay. The apartment is comfortable with a large bedroom, good kitchen, and a cozy area for eating and watching TV. We liked the neighborhood. It is very quiet. Parking was easy. There is a supermarket and liquor store nearby. We visited many of the island's beaches, but the local beach (Spotts) close to the apartment was our favorite -- it has good shade, easy parking, and the opportunity to sea sea turtles. The apartment has a couple nice beach chairs, which we appreciated. Grace was very responsive to any questions we had. She and her husband are very nice people. They live in the main part of the house, but the apartment is private and one does not hear anything from the main house. There is an outside area to sit, but I suspect it is rarely used. The kitchen was spacious, and had everything we needed. It could do with a sharp knife and a decent fry pan, but otherwise was great. There is a full size fridge and freezer with ice cube trays.

Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Complex was extremely quiet and peaceful. The beach is pretty rocky and not easily swimmable. This did not bother us as we had a rental car and explored all around, but just be aware. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Sun-coast Apartments are spacious with everything you need for your stay. While a bit tired perhaps from general wear and tear, it was clean and tidy. Ideal for a beach holiday base in Bodden Town - East End - away from the busier parts of the island. Thank you Clyde and cleaning team! Best wishes for this season.

We had an amazing stay at Alecia place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.Alecia was an excellent communicator, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. Great space for two families visiting this wonderful island! Walking distance to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the new year at Peter’s getaway! It was a nice touch to have the kids beach accessories and games available. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect spot for three couples, with each bedroom having its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pan & dishes & appliances. We ate in several evenings and had everything we needed. We loved staying on the east end, it was so quiet & beautiful! There was plenty to do & great restaurants nearby and the big attractions were easy to get to by car. On the days we ventured towards Georgetown, we were happy to leave the crowds & get back to the quiet.

The team at Grand Cayman Villas and Condo's were exceptional. From the time we arrived until our departure they were helpful guides and easy to communicate with regarding any of our needs. The property was not only in an idyllic setting, it was also extremely clean and had all the necessities that we required during our stay. Their guidance on where and how to get the items we needed were at our fingertips. That included where and how to get groceries, kayaks, excursions, and restaurant recommendations. Top notch. Would welcome the opportunity to stay at this same location in the future.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. If we had a concern I messaged Cline and he was always very responsive. We asked for more chaise lounge chairs and towels and on Christmas Day a guy showed up with six new chaise loungers for the pool area and a pile of new towels. Cline met our grocery delivery and the liquor store delivery so we were well stocked going into the holidays when stores were closed. He recommended grocery stores and restaurants and we felt well taken care of. We made reservations for several island excursions based on his recommendations. All were excellent. Overall it was a wonderful eight days in Grand Cayman and I can say that it was in large part due to Clines help. And I have a flexible awesome family.

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

This apt is good value for money for two people. It is quiet, basic and has most everything you need. It is outside of town and not walkable to restaurants, etc but everything is pretty close by. If you are not a "resort person" which we are not, this is a great spot. The host provided a great travelers' guide with lots of good reccomendations for the area

We loved Grand Cayman and staying at Diane’s place! Closely located to a grocery store and a beautiful beach with great snorkling, it was exactly what we were looking for. Diane went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered awesome local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip. Starting with the welcome packet, that was very detailed. The location was outstanding. We were steps to the pool or ocean. The place is very laid back and all the quests are very respectful. There were so many options for food and shopping within an easy walking distance. We enjoyed Peppers and got take out from Chicken Chicken and even had a sunset dinner next door at the Marriott. All the communication with the host was so helpful.

This was perfect for us (family with two kids)! The condo is bigger than it looks in pictures. Both bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Everything was comfortable and functional. You can't beat the location for the beach (which is clean, protected, super kid-friend), the pool, the swim-up bar, the perfectly passable restaurant, and the walkability to Camana Bay and other spots. The unit's back balcony is private and big enough for the four of us to comfortably have breakfast and watch the roosters. We had an issue with the fridge and Kyle was extremely responsive. We'd stay here again for sure.

The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The unit is exactly as described. The pool area and grounds are well kept, and the beach area is much less crowded than other sections of Seven Mile Beach. I would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing vacation

Everything looks just like the photos, and it's clean. The apartment has great air conditioning, and plenty of hot water. The host was kind enough to let me check in a bit early, and check out an hour later than check out time. The location is convenient for walking to the supermarket, and the beach. You can get a local bus easily from the roads nearby if you don't want to hire a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The owners were fantastic - super responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect! It still had a beautiful stretch of beach on Seven Mile Beach, which was such a bonus. While this section isn’t connected to the rest of Seven Mile Beach, it still felt like our own little slice of paradise. The area was safe, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Parking was easy, and everything about our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway! Where to begin on how amazing this condo is!! First of all, the location is spectacular - right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, walkable to many bars, restaurants and beaches but it is on a beautiful white sand beach so you don’t even have to leave! The beach was in perfect condition and the water was crystal clear. There is also a nice pool with lots of chairs around it. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the laundry machines worked great, the place is huge, the property is beautiful, I could go on and on! 10/10. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

From check in to check out, our stay was excellent. It was a bonus to have the screened in living space to enjoy meals and morning coffee while watching the cruise ships arrive and depart, the snorkelers enjoy the Gamma wreck and the sunsets. The pool area was pristine and I appreciated how cold the water was after a busy day in the sun. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed speaking to the gentleman who was working on them one morning as we left for our day. The gazebo area was great too. Lots of places to sit, relax, read, nap and just gaze about. There is a major resort being built beside the condo. There is lots of construction noises from about 7 am to 6 pm, so bear that in mind. I did, however, enjoy several pool-side afternoons despite the noise. The noise did not bother me, but may for others. The condo is so well built that you do not, however, hear any noises when you are inside the unit. Having said the above, I would book Rob’s unit again in the future.
