The stay in the blue house was very beautiful, we went with a large group of friends and from check-in it was perfect, they waited for us and upon arrival Mrs. Jackie gave us the entire tour of the house and she was put to orders... with respect to the house, very beautiful, the impeccable rooms and the appropriate pool, you can bring your food or even ask Mrs. Jackie to help you who made us an exquisite ceviche and seafaring rice and a very precious good... Highly recommended, we would definitely come back

A comfortable, spicy clean and tidy house We were able to count on the services of Mrs. Luz and Estefania, who took care of us very well and delighted us with the Peruvian cuisine. It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. We went on a family vacation (2 adults and 3 children) in Roxana apartment It was a GREAT success... The place was very nice, cozy, clean, with pools and a beach next door. Roxana was always worried about everything besides and that our stay was the best possible We also managed to coordinate with Rosita (a local cook in the area) who was really key in our vacations to help us with shopping and make some delicious dishes I 100% recommend this place and try to get Rosita too!! Excellent experience!

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

A very nice place to enjoy as a family, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities. I loved that the garden is in front of the pool that is temperate and the beach, in addition to having an area to make asados and to make a campfire in the evenings. Javier is a spectacular affitrion, at all times he was careful that we were not missing anything and that we were as comfortable as possible. Thank you Javier for everything

It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
