We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is old fashioned but clean and fully functional. The garden is very private and has a beautiful view. We felt welcomed and the host was very friendly.

We felt very comfortable in this special house and enjoyed the wide view from the panoramic windows in any weather. Marco is very helpful and finds immediate solutions to problems. The spacious living and dining area over the whole garden floor with the new kitchen and next to it the terrace, just beautiful! Cycling in the Lautertal, shopping - also organic shops - in Münsingen, 4 km away, exciting what is developing in the Albgut in the old camp... , we definitely want to come again in early summer when everything blooms and the AlbmalerMuseum is also open. We recommend the house for a relaxing, quiet holiday, but also as a starting point for the most versatile activities.

Home in the heart of a forest, which it is good to cross to get there, located in a valley occupied by a small lake all the way down. The view as a result is magical, over the wooded valleys and the lake. In a small, very qualitative subdivision on the hill overlooking the lake, you can enjoy a great fire pit to enjoy meals outdoors in the evening, while listening to the lake's birds! A real joy. Small functional kitchen.

My collaborators had a great time at Andrea's place. The place was very peaceful and they were able to rest quietly between the assembly and the dismantling of the living room. I have positive feedback from them. I recommend it and Andrea is attentive and answers questions. She didn't hesitate to ask questions if needed.

The property is very lovingly and imaginatively furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable and will definitely come back if we can😊. Good starting point for beautiful hikes.

Elisabeth was a great host. Since she lives next door, she was always checking to see if we were in need of anything or if we were following the house rules. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house met our needs. We would like to stay longer, but a professional unforeseen event forced us to leave earlier than expected.

It was very easy to find and just a 1-2 minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. My wife and I stayed here for three days together and loved the apartment. It felt that this was not prepared by any agents, but was settled and set up by the owner himself. Coziness and thoughtful touches characterize this apartment. Some small things may be optimized, but these are uncritical and guaranteed to be looked at by Maritta soon. In general, it is a great home with the best views, amenities, carport, etc., which we would like to book again.

We were only here for one night, but have already known that we will feel comfortable when we wrote with Sarina and Sascha before. Just super nice! The "briefing" where what is was was straightforward and we could flexibly decide when we would arrive. In the apartment, everything you need is available and the view of a very well-kept garden delighted us after getting up. We'll be back in case we're around again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were lucky to find this available last minute for my MiL. We had rented a place in the same building through another site months before when this unit was not on the market yet. Therefore we got to see/compare two units in the same building and this host really goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for guests. The unit is even better than you can see in the pictures (which are a little dark) but unit is bright and big. The furniture and facilities are modern and it is very clean and host is helpful. The building is old and shows/feels it but this host makes sure your apartment does not reflect that - a real gem! At this price with parking in the garage, a view to die for, pool/sauna (we didn't use), elevators, social area and a quick walk to a bus stop I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. Thanks to Renate who made it a nice stay for my 90 y/o MiL and was accommodating as to us a watching the Olympics together in this unit (better than ours).

The stay was very pleasant. The space is clean and has all the necessary things to make you feel right at home. Elli is very accommodating and stays in constant contact with you, so questions are answered in a timely manner. Shopping and recreation facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity of the property. A clear recommendation for people who want to stay in Waiblingen or Stuttgart.

Unbelievable stay with breathtaking view! Enjoyed every second of our stay! Apartment is well maintained, in comparison with 5 star hotels I would give 7 stars to the flat. Every minor detail is well organised! Was difficult to leave this place and will definitely come back.

We were very pleased with the place. Jörg explained everything to us beforehand and we had no problems. The neighbor also lovingly took care of us and the Black Forest Plus card. The apartment was superbly equipped and we were also thrilled by the amenities of the house (swimming pool, sauna, games room, bar). We filled out the adventure passes with the children, where you get a stamp for various activities and then can choose a prize (tourism) and that was great for everyone! We will be happy to come back and thank you for the lovely stay!

Very warm and exotic stay. The accommodation is very clean, welcoming and large. There are many things available (well-equipped kitchen-all what is needed for cooking, bathroom too). Accommodation in a good location for activities, close to supermarkets. Very exotic environment! Great stay for us

By far the best accommodation we had for our trip to Europe. a beautiful apartment well decorated, tidy,clean and welcoming. ideally located not far from Stuttgart and in a very cute small town we had an idyllic stay especially with our little dog. the host was very nice and very welcoming. we recommend 100%
