Honestly.. I have to admit that I will become a frequent guest after this first experience. I visit the area often and typically have to stay 45-60 minutes away to find this level of stay. Quality host, quality space and great location to explore. I highly recommend

I stayed here for a long period of time in the winter months, and it suited my needs for the affordable price I paid. This is a 10-unit ‘extended stay’ multi-plex. Overall the neighbors were very quiet. Only once did I have some noisy next door neighbors & the hosts took care of the issue promptly. Credit to them. Be alert: While walking around in this area, I noticed many aggressive stray dogs that would run up to strangers unleashed. They would bark seemed hostile. This may intimidate some renters who are elderly or with children. This is not the host’s fault, though. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

We were stopping through Sherman and needed a place for one night. We had 6 people and this was much cheaper than getting two hotel rooms. Place was clean. Rooms were nice size. Comfy couch. Just what we needed for a short stay.

Our stay was amazing! Super nice and quiet place, very spacious and we loved the bath and kitchen. The back patio was also great!

This is a brand new unit, even smells new! Kitchen, bath, bed were top notch. Laundry was an added bonus. Location is in a super-safe and quiet North of Dallas neighborhood, but I also appreciated having my vehicle behind a locked gate. Check in was no hassle and instructions were spot on. This is one of the cleanest and most convenient stays I've had with ABB...since I travel quite a bit for work, will put this down as a favorite.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very quiet . The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. It really needed to be cleaned and they needed to have more towels available for used

Very cute room with a full size refrigerator which was very nice. Friendly check in and exactly as described. We already booked another stay.
