Family-friendly holiday rentals in Blue River

The accomodations were above and beyond our expectations! The condo was well stocked and instructions were clearly labeled and written. A true ski in/ski out- on the slopes in minutes and was nice to have options on skiing back depending upon skier's levels. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Ellen’s. We were able to ski everyday and the location made it simple. It snowed about 8 inches one night and Ellen had the snow removed the following morning, which was much appreciated. I definitely hope to stay again sometime.

Fantastic hosts, very responsive, and helpful. Unit was extremely spacious, great layout, and fantastic kitchen. Only issue was the shuttle to the resort was unreliable. I’m guessing the holiday traffic combined with extra crowds due to Park City’s issues contributed to that. I can’t fault the owners for that. This place is great with wonderful hosts!

This was our 5th year at Mary and Nancy’s and their place never disappoints! Thank you and we plan to be back next year!!

This was a fantastic spot to stay. The location and affordability for Breckenridge is hard to beat. It is an easy 15min walk to Main Street but is tucked away in the neighborhoods so it also offers privacy.

My family loved Sean & Carrie's place in Breckenridge. Close proximity to Main street Breck, but far enough away to feel alone in the woods. Place was immaculate when we arrived and was great for a family ski trip. One thing to note though is the altitude. Not necessarily a bad thing, but my elderly parents (60+) had some issues adjusting the first day or two due to the low oxygen level from being this high up from sea level.

Great location to access many ski resorts. Riding during the day with a nice place to return to and a soak in the hot tub was awesome!

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

Our family loved staying in the home location was great very close to everything specially since we had no vehicle bus stop was near so it worked out perfectly for our needs house was cleaned and kitchen had everything we needed communication with Michael was great he helped us out we will definitely recommend it to anyone going to Breckenridge and we will definitely stay here again when ever we decided to come back 🤗

Clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. Short drive into town and Peak 9. Great for up to 6 adults and a couple kids. Very responsive and pleasant host.

Great place, will stay again!

I stayed a few nights in this condo with my teenaged kids and it was perfect. The place is nice and comfortable and accommodated us well. It is an easy walk to downtown amd an easy drive to Copper. The condo is well set up for dogs. Our dog made himself right at home in the provided dog bed. And the neighbors were very friendly - even snow blowing our side of the driveway for us!

Great little house in the mountains. Off the main hustle of Breck, which was great for relaxation but not too far away from downtown. We could probably have walked but was here in the wintertime so some of the walking trails had a lot of snow. Well organized kitchen with lots of amenities made cooking easy. Bedrooms are small but the house was a good size for 4 adults to live comfortably together for a few days, though we were outside cross country skiing for a lot of that!

This was a great place to stay for our ski trip! It had plenty of space for all of our gear and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals in. We drove and parked at the slopes but the shuttle stop close by also seemed convenient. Jaime was a great host and provided recommendations for their favorite places to eat - we loved the pizza place and wine bar! She was responsive and easy to communicate with. She even provided a few tools to help us remove a parking violation sticker that we got in town. We would definitely stay here again!

I truly cannot reccomend this home enough, it was such an incredible stay. From the countless stars at night, to the family of 5 moose we were able to watch every morning. This location is the absolute best. Only a mile from town, but it feels like such an escape. Jonathan and Kelly were so kind to send a list of reccomendations for things to do, before the trip, ensuring i had plenty of time to plan. While this home is pet friendly, it's not the place to let dogs run free. The abundance of wildlife needs to be respected (fresh moose scat roughly 6' from the back door). We went into town for long potty (poop) breaks. The home was also adequately equipped with toiletries, condiments, and even coffee! We'll definitely be back!

Great condo just a quick walk to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lift. 1 minute walk to great restaurants/amenities/rentals in River Run Village. Hot tub and pool a bonus after a long day on the slopes! We are a family of four and the sofa bed and murphy bed were perfect for our two kids.

Fantastic stay in Breck. Brian was an incredible host and extremely responsive. This is the 4th annual trip we’ve done and our group agreed that this was the top spot yet. Easy access to the quicksilver lift and all of town. 10/10 recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Marsha’s place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Marsha was a wonderful host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made my stay even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Andrew’s place was a perfect place for us to ski in and ski out. There were 6 in our group. 5 adults and one tween. It was the perfect location to walk into town or the life’s by peak 9 and also take lessons for both adults and kids!

Great place good location for proximity for snowboarding or skiing. Comfortable beds, underground parking appreciated for keeping snow off vehicle. Stairs were icy condo maintenance was trying to clear with salt but was an Arctic blast and temperatures were negative so it wasn’t effective. Check in and out were a breeze, no ridiculous cleaning requirements like most places on here that give AirBnB a bad rap. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Brandi was very communicative & insightful. This property is within walking distance of major Breckenridge ski lifts & bars/restaurants. Five stars, couldn't recommend enough!

We stayed for a long weekend in February. The Snowflake Lift is a five-minute walk (uphill, FYI. We have teenage kids who managed no problem) from the condo. At the end of the day, you can ski down the Four O'Clock Run and walk across the street to the condo. City Market is a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. This was a perfect location for our family and I can't recommend it enough for a stress-free ski weekend.
