Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Blount County

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. We spent a wonderful week with with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We were able to make dinner for 8 of us 3 nights and have our morning coffee overlooking the Smoky Mountains. We even had a big black bear visit our back yard.

Nice place! Beautiful outdoor spaces. Perfect for our home away from home while working in Knoxville! Karla even left snacks for us!

Enjoyed staying at the Farm Cottage. It was nice finding a peaceful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. Everything was very clean and efficient. Kitchen had all of the basic utensils and items needed to prepare meals (appreciative of the newer crock pot). Beds and couches were plentiful and comfortable. Check in was flexible and easy (ended up getting there much later than expected). Stanley was responsive both before, during, and after the trip. Would highly recommend for a country repose when visiting the Knoxville area!

As a first time Airbnb'er I had few expectations. But whatever they were, the host far exceeded them. - location exactly as described (relative to downtown Maryville) - accommodated unplanned schedule changes. I was not easy to deal with (albeit unexpected) and Trevor could not have been nicer. - very clean house (exactly as described) - welcoming touches at arrival; music playing, chocolates, hand written welcome note The house is old but has the feel of something that could be featured in a HGTV show. It feels a bit like an old home that has been remodeled and somehow kept it's original roots for the feel. We really enjoyed the vibe of the house and immediately felt welcomed. We'll be back in Maryville and it's the only place I'll look to stay. Thank you again, Trevor. You made our stay easy. It's appreciated.

Margret and Peter’s Airbnb was an amazing stay! The place itself was lovely, and the backyard was absolutely HUGE—perfect for my dog, Cash, who had the best time running around. The home was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with pets!

We had a great stay at the City Cottage. The place was clean, easy to find and enter. Liz and John provided great recommendations, were available for questions and always responsive!

The place was clutter free. Which is so helpful when traveling with a very active, curious one year old. It was as baby proof as it can get! I usually don't love our child walking, crawling, laying on floors in airbnbs/hotels but this place was so clean I didn't mind it as much letting our child to play on the floors. Beds were comfy and sheets/blanket were too. Everything was great. We all enjoyed our stay there. When we come back to Tennessee, we hope this place is available again! Also the communication was great. We loved the details on where to park, what to expect, etc.

The stay was great. The only complaint would be all the sounds but that’s expected staying downtown. We brought our own fan so it drowned out the noise a little but.

So grateful to have this home away from home when traveling for a week with young kids and dogs. This is a true functioning home with all of the amenities that let us sit our kids at a table for breakfast, make kid friendly meals, relax in the evenings, and still be close to everything in Maryville. We used this as a home base to visit family and go on hikes in several locations a short drive away. Located on a very quiet cul de sac tucked away from the main road. Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Mountain Blessing was honestly a true blessing. The best place for us to spend our New Years & welcome in 2025! Miss Gloria was quick to respond to my inquiries & made us feel at home. I'm OCD & everything was perfect. Such a beautiful quiet town for myself & my husband. Close enough to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge for our boy's entertainment. It was the perfect balance. The condo is located close to shopping, family owned restaurants & businesses, which I LOVE! No matter which direction you're heading, you will drive thru the gorgeous Smokey Mountains. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly. We look forward to visiting in the Summer or Fall for our next visit.

With this review I won’t be able to do justice to all the good things this place has. Super peaceful, super beautiful, feel like home, a lot of things near by, good food and not to mention all the details that Pam offer in her house. Honestly this has been one of the most amazing experience I had and I will return for sure. Me and my wife are even thinking to move here. Maryville is amazing place to settle and connect with nature.

You simply will not find better hosts than Christine and Alphonse! Very kind, very responsive, really care about your stay and that you are happy and comfortable. This Airbnb is just a hidden GEM. Extremely clean, very quiet, modern, very easy to get to and walkable to downtown, yet in a private area, great parking, a lot of extra touches, stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, nice linens, etc. I can’t say enough about this place or the hosts. I will definitely be recommending the Airbnb to others.

Perfect little condo for our stay on the peaceful side of the smokies. The neighborhood/subdivision sits up on a small hill and the view from the front door is gorgeous. The area was quiet and very well maintained. The condo itself was very well kept and had everything you’d need. Decor is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. Very private but close enough to not feel too isolated. We enjoyed the slower pace area and could quickly be in town in minutes.
