Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Blooming Grove

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

A friendly and helpful host with a wonderful place to stay. A very peaceful location, you wouldn't know there were others living in the accommodation above. Great for access downtown without all the hustle and bustle of staying in the city. Only a 10 minute walk to the station. The train to Grand Central is $25 single at peak time. The only thing I will point out on that note is MaryLee's place is at the top of a rather steep hill. Fine for heading out in the morning but after a long day walking around can be a less exciting prospect to walk back up!

Claudia was very accommodating and understanding, always responding promptly to every query. The amenities in her apartment met our requirements, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. Our family had a great stay and are happy to recommend this property.

Sal place was perfect & relaxing … wish our stay was longer .. we will definitely be booking with Sal again !

If I could give Kimberly’s place more than 5 stars, I would. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. It’s very modern, smells good, have all the necessities you need and Kimberly is the best host ever! She even gave us welcome snacks and chocolates! Would 100% come back whenever we’re in NYC again.

everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. Jasbenz was communicative through the entire process start to finish. You are about a 45 min train ride to NYC. the train station is walkable as well only a few blocks away. the neighborhood was quiet and residents were friendly. it was very secure and safe building. I want to say one thing as it stood out for me. Normally if I go away I cook in the Airbnb and end up bringing half my kitchen because I'm always missing something I need. I didn't plan to cook this time as my husband and I wanted to eat out at several different restaurants. Jasbenz kitchen is loaded and I couldn't find one thing I would have needed to cook that wasn't there. there's even an air fryer and a blender. when we return in the summer I'll be sure to use the kitchen more as I would most definitely choose Jasbenz place. thanks for a great stay for my birthday weekend getaway.

Samantha is a wonderful host who responds quickly to messages. She was very accommodating with our late check-out request and helped us store our luggage after check-out time. The house is warm, cozy, and clean. The two doors with locks made us feel very safe during our stay. The location is about 30 minutes from Manhattan by bus and train. While the transportation systems between New York and New Jersey are slightly different and may seem complicated at first, it becomes very easy to commute to Manhattan once you get used to it. Overall, I highly recommend this place!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This place was so amazing and so much fun! She was not only very communicative but also friendly and welcoming! I got sick the day before we were supposed to arrive and Patti worked with me to find new dates to enjoy their gorgeous place. Patti is so responsive and very detailed with lots of recommendations. The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

A wonderful time was had by all. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable & had very few rules (yay!). There was even a nice blanket of snow on the ground that made everything, including the awesome hot tub, that much cozier. Margie was proactive in providing helpful info on local establishments and was quick to respond to our few questions. Thanks for our great holiday getaway!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

Cindy's home was immaculate -- we appreciated one of the home rules being no outdoor shoes on in the house! We are big coffee drinkers so we also enjoyed the variety of K-Cups that we had to select from -- we felt right at home. Cindy's home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and it is very close to all of the stores in downtown Honesdale. We were so pleased with our stay that we have already been in communication with her about some future dates when we visit NEPA again!

Robin was very proactive making sure I was able to properly book her home when I had technical difficulties. She went above and beyond to help, which I truly appreciate. The home is very beautiful and it felt like home away from home. The house was clean and had a great aroma, the house was everything I expected and more. I would recommend this home to anyone who comes to the area. Lovely home, Lovely Host! Thank you again.

We had a wonderful time with extended family at Alan's place. The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. The room layouts were well thought out so we were able to accommodate several families with children. The grounds were absolutely beautiful! There were many comfy Adirondack chairs on the porch so we could relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. We had access to the lake and young and old enjoyed boating throughout our stay. Alan gave us very clear instructions and was helpful, responsive, and accommodating both before and during our stay.

Ken was a great host. Very friendly and made himself available whenever. The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within minutes away. Subway station was 3 blocks away for easy access to the city. The apartment was exactly as shown and had plenty of accent pieces decorated throughout that made it super interesting, and quaint/cozy. I've booked airbnbs over 10 years now and I would definitely recommend Ken's listing.

A perfect staycation to celebrate my daghters 6th birthday. Snow tubing at Mountain Creek followed by an exciting dip in the outdoor heated pool when it was below freezing outside. This condo had everything we needed including a nice big bathtub for my daughter. Paul was a responsive and friendly host. We look forward to making this stay an annual tradition.

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

We were looking for a little local weekend getaway and we found it. A cozy room right on the mountain with spectacular views was just what we were looking for. Between the hotel amenities of the hot tubs and pools to the closeness of great food this room had everything. Thank you for a great weekend

We had a great stay at Kenia and Rodrigo's apartment, where we were very well received (bottle of good California wine, cafes and water bottles available, etc.). The accommodation is spacious, very clean and quiet. The bus is a 3 minute walk and drops you off at Times Square in less than 20 minutes. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms is beautiful, we never tire of contemplating the skyline of Manhattan... The kitchen and the bathroom are functional. We were delighted to return in the evening to this warm place after walking around New York all day. Finally, there is a heating that works very well but also the air conditioning and fans on the ceiling. Anyway, a great stay, and we will surely come back to this apartment if we have the opportunity to come back to New York!

The condo is very comfortable and child friendly. It is also conveniently located. Fabiola is a great host, very fast and clear with communication. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment has a homely feel and luxury. Only a 25-minute ride from the NYC bus terminal, Victor's place is ideally suited for tourists and those traveling for work but wishing to avoid the trouble of staying in a hotel. Victor kindly extended our checkout time by two hours upon our request. I'd stay here again whenever visiting the Big Apple.
