We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Our stay at Paula's place was perfect. We really did feel immediately at home. We were looking for relaxation and calm and Paula's cottage delivered. It's beautifully decorated, with some very stylist touches. It was very clean, with a well equipped homely kitchen and comfy beds The cottage has fabulous views over the Angus county side. We loved the spa (swam and used the sauna every day). We would recommend the Arbroath cliff walk , followed by lunch in Arbroath. Paula and Robert were very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend Balgarvie Home Farm highly enough, I hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful family stay here. The property is full of charm/character but also has had a modern refurb, meaning everything was of a very high standard making it a really comfortable stay. Great friendly hosts who communicated with us immediately upon booking and made the whole process seamlessly smooth. Perfect location on a quiet street yet only a few minutes easy walk to the main street of Pitlochry. All in all a 5 star experience and would definitely recommend this property for those visiting Pitlochry and/or surrounding area - we will certainly look to book again on our next visit to the area

This place is outstanding. It's idyllic and so peaceful. I travelled with my husband, 3 Yr old daughter and my mother, and everyone had a perfect time. Esk Broch was perfect. the pool and gym were wonderful and he location has some much to do if you want it. would recommend any day.

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle with a group of friends or family, Sir Stuarts House is a great find. Its only an hours drive from Edinburgh and such a peaceful beautiful estate. We were a group of 9 on a writing retreat and it was ideal. Lots of space in the house and the benefit of being able to book the bothy (twin ensuite room) in the garden for more space.

The apartment was charming and had everything. The only drawback was feeling unsafe with the entrance located in a dark alley. You could tell it was an airbnb when you arrived since outside light was on & small trees decorated the outside. No other apartments had this. Also, beware if you have mobility issues - steep stairs greet you to reach the apartment if you have heavy luggage. I’d recommend this place if you don’t get back late and want to feel safe. Close proximity to restaurants, castle.

Stayed a few times now and love the place, fantastic house with loads of space, great location, had a call before arrival informing us of a minor maintenance issue that had just happened, we were offered alternative accommodation but were more than happy to just stay here. Great service, great location and great home, it will be the first place we look for when we're back in the area.

Stayed for 3 night over new years to see Stirling, family and surrounding areas. Felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Kids loved it to. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Second time we have stayed here and again it met all our expectations

We stayed at Aislinn’s place, Challaren, for 2 nights. It is a lovely old sandstone house. Easy to find in Cupar, previously the county town of Fife, central for all the main areas such as the Easy Neuk, Dundee, Edinburgh and Perth. The house is large and a mixture of old and new. We used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The facilities were excellent and went beyond expected or listed. One bedroom has an en-suite and there was one other bathroom. Loved the showers. The bathrooms and kitchen were absolutely spotless. I felt like it was a home from home and Aislinn cared for her home but also those who were visiting! The main living area is large and very comfortable. You can’t get bored as there are lots of games and books available to use. Late dining table. The house would easily accommodate the 7 people maximum limit. Parking off road, at the side of the house was a big bonus. Communication was very good and I felt like I could easily contact the host with any concerns. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

We had a lovely stay at the Keepers. The three en-suite bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, with a 'hotel' feel (in a good way!). The dining-living-kitchen area is also a good size but also pleasantly homely and well equipped. The location is fantastic - close enough to Weem, Aberfeldy and Kenmore but (along with the adjacent lodge) beautifully secluded, with fantastic grounds and views to match.

Beautiful family home with stunning views. Fabulous comfortable beds/ linen which for me personally is the biggest necessity. A wonderful lived in home that was so comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and more, there is not one thing we needed for our stay with 15 guests that the home didn’t have. Perfect for a large family gathering and our friends from Inverness are already considering booking for their family. Sally was the perfect host and responded to any questions we had so quickly. Absolutely delighted with our weekend

We recently had a fantastic family weekend away in this house. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how organised it was. The kitchen set up enabled us to cook for our group of 16 easily. The bedrooms were laid out for a comfortable stay and the house was heated well throughout. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The remote location provided gorgeous views and winter walks as well as access to local amenities such as shop and hotel bar. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 (two teens) had a very nice stay over New Years. A bit of a trick to find the first time but the location also meant a quiet stay. Didn’t notice any noise from the bar across the street other than on New Year Eve which is to be expected. Very clean. Large rooms. Small issue with the boiler which was promptly corrected. Overall I would recommend to any looking for a larger place to stretch out with a 5-10pm walk to Queen/Prince streets and the Royal Mile.
