Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Black Forest

Beautiful home and great host, lovely place and location to spend the Holidays with Family. Love the multi-floor and open layout of the house and the kids absolutely loved the Movie Room. Beautiful scenery and peaceful neighborhood with local walking trails and parks nearby. Highly recommended and we enjoyed everything!

Great home in the woods. Definitely has a private and secluded feel while being within 10 minutes of town. The house has a wonderful layout and the hot tub is fantastic. Janet is an excellent host - responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you!

We highly recommend Andy’s place. He is a great host, very fast to respond and accommodating. The house is spacious enough for our family of four and pet friendly. Very close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and of course Garden of the Gods. Also, the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the personal touch including decor and small but important amenities such as towels, rags, blankets, cleaning supplies, kitchen items, small space heaters, etc. We would not hesitate to rent again from Andy at any of his properties. Small independent hosts are far better than corporate hosts but they are being squeezed by inflation and corporate landlords— so people, please rent from Andy so he can continue to offer awesome properties and service!

Absolutely gorgeous house, awesome kitchen. Property was amazing for hiking and seeing the wildlife up close. Theater room was perfect for relaxing after long day in the snow!

David's place was so wonderful and peaceful. A huge backyard for the pup to play. A cute little town with shops and resturants down the street. The home was warm, welcoming, and tidy. Recommendations in binders and folders from where to hike, eat, drink, and things to know about the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was lovely! From the beginning, Emily and Spencer were friendly, responsive, and informative. The place was clean and homey with dishes and pots and pans for cooking and instructions on how to use anything in the house! Emily and Spencer were very helpful during our stay as well!

We absolutely loved our stay at Brooks's place. Our previous accomodation's septic had frozen during the arctic blast, and we were left looking for a last minute place to stay near 10 o clock at night. We reached out to see if check in would still be available so late, and had warm and welcoming response right away. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival and was thoughtfully put together (even including a baby gate for safety to place on the base of the stairs for little ones). This listing was a dream, especially the views overlooking the city, and we would definitely book again!

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

The outside looked like it would be smaller than we thought but once we got inside it was just as described. We had a great time and the place was very nice to stay at

What a wonderful place to stay! The house accommodated my group of 20 perfectly. So many different rooms and nooks for people to hang out in! Also loved the open layout and massive windows with a GORGEOUS view. Great communication from Emma and Chad. Many in my group said they would like to come back there! Thank you!

We were a party of 11, ages 7-78, coming together for the Holidays. We had plenty of space in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Kaitlyn was in contact regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to questions and worked to quickly resolve any concerns. We walked around the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the area. We drove to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. We will plan to rent the house again the next time we get together in the area.

We had a great time at Barry and Karen's cabin. It was a quiet relaxing weekend in the mountains which is just what we wanted. The hot tub and grill were the cherry on top to our weekend away. We are excited to return in the future.

Honestly was the nicest cabin we have stayed in. The views were amazing and the host was very responsive. I would 100% stay here again. It was so nice to see everywhere in the snow and all of the deer that came around each day

My family and I loved our stay! Very cozy and relaxing, with lots of space to enjoy! We will be returning here for sure!! The View is unbeatable!

We had a very relaxing stay at this cozy cabin in a beautiful and peaceful setting. It's a quick drive from the cabin to Divide or Woodland Park for groceries or whatever you might need. We also visited Cripple Creek and Victor with amazing mountain views along the drive. It was exactly what we were looking for!

This cabin was exactly as described and our family had a fantastic few days of winter break in Colorado! It had all the things we needed and space to relax in a super quiet area all while being close to groceries, restaurants, and things to do in the area. We would 100% stay again!

Place was great, fit all 8 of us easily. Everything was clean and host was very responsive for the couple of questions that came up. Wood burning stove kept the whole place warm and was one of the highlights for us, a long with the hotub. Also had some deer visitors our first night, right up to the kitchen windows. Would stay again.
