We stayed for a month, and it was excellent. The house is super cozy, very well-equipped and with beautiful views.

I had a wonderful time in Suzannes apartment. You get everything what you need, the place is new, cozy and very clean. I really loved the view and the neighborhood. The little island where the house is located is sooo idyllic and definitely one of my favorite places in the area. Public transportation works well and you can have very nice walks in this peaceful area. It’s super quiet but still not far from the city. I’ll come back definitely :)

We stayed in this cozy accommodation with our family for a week and had a pleasant experience. The place is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need. Communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful. The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place

Spectacular place! The views are unreal being right on the water. The house is stunning on the inside and has great design. Very cozy. The out door spa, fire and kayaks were amazing. We would love to return.

Robert's villa was amazing. We were there in a group of 6 game skaters. The villa was right by the ice stadium. We felt right at home. Robert was very quick in responding to our questions. In short, we had a great week.

We celebrated Christmas in Stavanger with both children and grandchildren. The townhouse in nice surroundings was fully equipped, tidy, clean and worked absolutely perfectly for what we needed. The descriptions were correct, check in easy, the landlord nice and responded quickly if needed. Parking (with access to electric car charger) in separate parking basement was an absolute plus. Walking distance to the city center minimized the use of a car. Nice hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend the place.

A very lovely place with lots of space for us - family of 5. You are staying in someones house and it was such a lovely home. There is a big kitchen with everything you need in it and if you got any questions the host answers quick. We would definitiley stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well laid out and bigger than I thought. The marina is lovely to walk by in a summer evening and the views over to Stavanger are great. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Stavanger and hope to come back one day.

In Stavanger for work, I chose to stay with Kaia over boring hotels in the city'n as I want to get away from the city noise and have an ok place and relax in the afternoon and evening. Kaia has a super nice and cozy apartment with a FANTASTIC view,tranquility and location. And have morning coffee on the bed and see that view must only be experienced. Photos don't justify the real deal there. Kaia is super nice and easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything 2 people need for a good stay and a very good bed and sleep in. Great hiking areas right on the side of the block where you got morning trim before days started. This place I will be visiting again. Dice 6 👏
