We spent two weeks in the apartment in La Marsa for workation. The apartment is spacious and you feel comfortable and safe. You have a monoprix right next door for shopping, some restaurants and cafes, a cinema, a taxi stand and a local train station. La Marsa is a very nice place from which you can quickly reach Tunis by taxi, but also directly by the sea :)

The apartment is in a very good location , a few minutes from the tourist area of Gammarth. It's clean and matches the published photos. The place is quiet and residential . I highly recommend this listing!

We really enjoyed our stay and thought everything was great! We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s exactly as pictured—beautifully decorated, clean, and feels just like home. The location is unbeatable; it’s close to everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. Yasmine is a fantastic host—she was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and genuinely friendly. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to help. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

I can only recommend this beautiful, typical, bright, large apartment, close to the beach and the center of Marsa on foot. We want to spend your days and hang out there as much fun as walking around the city or visiting Tunis. Yassine is a host like I've never known. Friendly, responsive, available, accommodating and full of ideas, never invasive. I would give it 6 stars if I could! Thanks for everything again.

This is the second time I stayed at Islem's place. and right away I felt at home. Although the weather was not cooperative to enjoy the amazing set up Islem created on her roof with direct unobstructed view of the Mediterranean sea. I have managed to enjoy sitting inside the spacious living room with an awesome view the sea and enjoy some classic Jazz on Sunday morning!! Until next time, thank you Islem!

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Excellent stay, an exceptional setting, very attentive hosts (thank you 4 for your hospitality, kindness and availability)💐 a very nice, quiet and tastefully decorated accommodation. a terrace glued to the accommodation or gave the sun in the morning and the terrace overlooking the sea a few steps away, where we were able to take advantage of the bbq to make food, also thanks to the proximity to the municipal market of La Marsa where you can find fruit vegetables fish meats, condiments... The city center is just a few minutes' walk away (don't forget to enjoy a Bambalouni). Advice for future guests: always negotiate prices with Tunisians 😂 We really hope to be back 🙏

This is the perfect place to stay in Tunis - a great host, with a modern house, walkable to everything in La Marsa and steps from the beach - truly deserves 5 stars

We had a good stay here and nice villa with nice balconies facing the see! The only disadvantage is we didn’t find any shower lotion and shampoo provided in the house.

We had a wonderful week at Mohamed Yassine's villa which is more than equipped. The villa is more beautiful in real life. The view is splendid without any vis-à-vis. I also emphasize responsiveness and hospitality during our stay. The beaches of cap zbib, cat mami are also nearby by car. For the brave , there is also walking access to the beach (25min) from the villa overlooking a beautiful wild cove. It's definitely worth it . We will come back without hesitation.

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Perfect for a stay with the family. Very beautiful apartment, spacious and very central in La Marsa and close to everything. We could check in a bit early directly after our flight arrived and Karima's mother welcomed us and showed us everything. We were very happy and felt safe and will be back.
