The beautifully renovated apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Scalea. If you get to the city center on foot, you have to climb stairs. However, you can drive by car to the extent that only a few stairs are left to cope. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. Lorenzo was very responsive and responded immediately to any questions that came up.

Beautiful house surrounded by nature, an excellent starting point to explore a coast full of surprises and very interesting destinations inside, both in Basilicata and in the nearby areas of Cilento and the Riviera dei Cedri. The house is pleasant and cozy, perfect for relaxation. Thank you to Vincenzo for his hospitality and availability.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

I stayed the first week of September and I felt very good. The terrace has a beautiful sea view where I can admire the beautiful sunsets. Davide was very kind, welcomed us in person and gave us tips on some activities to do nearby and for the main places to visit. I recommend staying in this small apartment if you want to have a relaxing vacation.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Everything is excellent from the location to the cleanliness of the same. Everything in the right place... Antonio and his father are very prompt and friendly people at the same time. I'll be back.
