Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Biscayne Bay

Nick's place was great and exactly as shown in the pictures . the house was clean and very well apointed . The backyard and pool area was where we spent most of our time and our daughter loved the heated pool . If you're looking for a place to stay in the ft. Lauderdale area I would highly recommend Nicks home you won't be disappointed

Our stay at Casa Laura was wonderful. Lorena is a warm, caring and very responsive host who ensured that we had a good experience with great communication and personal touches. We felt right at home in Casa Laura; the home and the garden are lovely, comfortable and a peaceful retreat. Good WiFi and workspace too. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, yet close to all that Miami has to offer. We will definitely book Casa Laura again.

Chris was extremely accommodating and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. The pictures of the house and the descriptions matched perfectly, and we felt at home in the house. The jacuzzi was put to good use, and although we had read online that the neighborhood might not be the best, we only had positive experiences. We even walked around the neighborhood and bought coffee 800 meters from the house. We can definitely recommend Chris as a host and his house.

We booked this place for three days before our cruise and it did the trick for our group of eight… We requested the pool be heated and it was toasty warm although our weather was rather cool and we didn’t get the use out of it… It was a good fit for a group of eight for our Fort Lauderdale days

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

My family and I stayed here for a week over the holidays(2 adults/2kids under 10). We all were comfortable and had a great time. The house was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. The hosts surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great. We spent more than half of our time enjoying the pool and backyard. We will be back. Thanks so much!

Reza's place was awesome! They even had some toys for our kids, even diapers and lotion. How nice :) The master bedroom tv wasn't working but the living room TV was great and modern, I was even able to connect my phone, and my Netflix ect... It's not the best neighborhood (not much to do ) but if you walk 10-15 mins you get to midtown and it's a really nice area. The apartment was really clean and well furnished, but the vacuum wasn't working so it was hard to keep it clean. The beds have nice clean sheets, but no comforters. It's hot in Miami but I like to sleep with a comforters and not just a sheet, you might want to ask for it if you're like me. Reza was super helpful and responding, I will book it again!

Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

I had a beautiful experience here, it was so peaceful. Everything you need all in one stay towels, bath soap, utensils, microwave. The pool area is such a beautiful sight to see 😍 even more gorgeous at night. Walking distance to stores everything convenient. This stay was perfect for an overnight after a cruise! Close to downtown area/port of Miami. It’s an older building remodeled, reminded us of staying in a NY basement. Overall the place served our needs, some dust in the corners however other than that I didn’t notice anything “dirty”. For me a clean bathroom (shower especially) and a clean bed/bedroom is crucial and that was provided. The remodeling is nice and modern, loved the couch and the lamp… and the outside area so cute! Even though there are houses and a school around the bushes and trees lined along the fence give it a hideaway feel. Another great aspect of the place is 1 car space inside the gate and outside cameras. That made us feel safe given that we did experience a homeless person walking past the building. The area appears to be in the process of developing so keep that in mind. Lastly, the host’s communication and accommodation was outstanding. Fast responses, helpful recommendations, and they let us check in early.

We had a lovely stay with our personable hosts. We were focused on outdoor activities, as opposed to the city itself, and this location was great for that. The unit is as shown in the description and really clean. The star of the unit is the large screened in porch and beautiful grounds. We would stay here again.

Good value in a convenient location close to airport and Highway 1. Nice little park right across the street. Just one bedroom, but it feels spacious with living area open to kitchen. Bonus points for reserved parking spot in front, big fenced-in private area in back, and large comfy couch! Kubo Asian Fusion cafe and bar nearby is excellent.

Excellent place, the jacuzzi is one of the best pleasures of the place and the service is incredible, a place worth knowing.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a quick trip. The views were unbeatable and it was just what was needed for a weekend of relaxing. You can tell Alex has done some wonderful updates to the place in comparison to much of the rest of the property. Check-in was smooth and valet was relatively quick, even when busy. We had everything we needed while there. The bed is a little more firm than expected, but doesn’t deter you from having a fantastic stay. The privacy of the patio is also a major perk when the beach is crowded or you just don’t want to walk down to the sand. Overall, 10/10 stay.

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.

Beautiful condo, immaculate and charming interior. Loved the decor, very inviting and comfortable. Much larger than I expected. Igor, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved our visit. Sorry to leave, hope to return next year. Thank you Igor for making our stay in Sunny Isles memorable.

Super nice apartment with a large kitchen, super cozy chill spot! Squeaky clean and neat. The beach is a 2 minute walk out of the building with plenty of places to go and things to do around the area. The host’s did an amazing job and are very communicative. I wish I would’ve booked more days! Definitely going to be renting again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your Airbnb
