Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Birmingham

Absolutely Perfect Jeanette is lovely and always on hand. The property was clean,cosy, and close to a very useful retail park. Even though i had to cut my stay short she was very kind enough to partially refund me. 10/10.

For us it was ideal because of local commitments. The proximity of the Lickey Hills made this an ideal place to retreat to in order to relax as well as keep local appointments. Nigel was a great host.

Great place to stay whilst working at the NEC. Only 2.9 miles away, secluded location and quiet. Will be booking with Dan again for 2026.

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before we were so happy with this find. The house was exactly as advertised. Every room was clean, bright with a great range of facilities. The seperate Shower Room & Bathroom was a bonus, especially with 5 sharing the house. The games room was a lovely extra touch. Location was quiet with adequate parking. The host met us at the house and went through everything we needed to know and as he lived local was on hand if we needed any help or advice (not that we did - but great to know). I would definately recommend this house and would book this house again.

Exactly what my small family needed for a shortish stay. It was simple, clean and tidy. I think it'd be particularly nice in the summer as there's a lovely well kept garden at the back.

House had everything needed. Nice communal areas, great bedrooms, house was warm and clean. Clear arrival communications given. Lovely stay.

We stayed as a group of 10 to go to a wedding in Sheepy Magna, it was perfect. Plenty of parking, comfortable bedrooms and lots of bathrooms for getting ready! Andy was really responsive for a gate access issue. Great house, thank you

This flat was the perfect home away from home while visiting family in Leamington Spa for a long weekend. It was everything for our family with every amenity you would want or need. The full size washer and dryer was a life saver given travel and wet clothes from the typical English winter weather. We’ve already booked to stay again when we return in May. The location is so well situated to town and the train - no car needed. Wonderful place and wonderful host!

The flat was well presented and clean with tasteful decoration and a cosy feel. The local area was nice with plenty of things within walking distance. Robin was friendly and available for any questions though we didn't need him as all went smoothly. Very nice place would recommend.🙂

This Airbnb was honestly incredible, It has more than everything you need! Anything we needed we had, I can tell Barbara has put so much thought into everything in there! The place was so cozy and clean, we had a lovely weekend and we would 100% book and stay here again, Barbara was a lovely host also so helpful and friendly!x
