Great and convenient

a lil stretchy until you actually get in the building but walking in is beautiful. very quiet & great communication & pretty downtown view! we loved the stay.

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb and I have booked another stay in 3 months because: The residence is easy to find, and the check-in is easy. It is in a safe neighborhood, and is comfortable and clean. There are clear instructions for use of the ammenities in the place. There are always several complimentary snacks and beverages availabe which will hold you over until you are able to shop in addition to many spices and condiments if you choose to cook. And the hosts are always available with extremely timely responses to requests or questions. Plus a very comfortable bed!!! I would highly recommend.

Julie and Will are great hosts and obviously put a lot of effort into their accommodations to make you feel at home. Their place has everything you need and was perfect for our 4-day stay to help family pack and move. We really appreciated the full kitchen (with some nice goodies), closet space, dresser, and comfortable pillows. We most definitely will return when visiting the area again.

Great experience! Easy check and check out. Amenities matched listing and Tracy was always responsive. I would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay for an event in the area!

This house was perfect for what was needed - a couple days away. I text Jacob with a request, and he responded quickly and kindly. If i ever need a place to stay in Bham again, will definitely use Jacob.

Frank’s place was exactly as described. The apartment was well-appointed and private, the view was beautiful, and Frank was a wonderful host. Perfect stay for our trip!

We loved our stay❤️Rachael was a wonderful host. The home itself is beautiful and unique. Very clean!Location was perfect for us, very close to downtown. The mattresses and bedding were a 10/10. I even asked for the info on both! I didn’t realize until we got there just how cool her downstairs game room was. Our family pretty much stayed there.. The game room had a kitchen , nice poker table , sectional & loveseat , sauna , arcade game , wall scrabble and connect 4 along with foosball. It was perfect for our family of 6 including 2 boys in their 20’s and their girlfriends. On a side note and this is strictly an fyi for future guests , the house is older but super quiet: no bedroom TV’s & you can hear every footstep. . Next stay I’ll bring my sound machine and box fan along with some extra blankets. I heard the train several times but no one else in the house did. I’m just a super light sleeper. I will say it wasn’t loud at all. None of this would deter me from staying again. 5+ ⭐️’s!

We had a delightful stay and will be back next time we are in town. The house had everything we needed and we loved being close enough to walk to a number of restaurants and even a grocery store. The fire pit in the back was a great addition and our daughter enjoyed the toy bicycle. The house was perfect for staying with little ones because there wasn’t anything breakable out! Would highly recommend just because of the proximity to crestline bagel!

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

This was a fabulous 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment to rent. It has a great location and is close to restaurants.

Nadia’s place was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. We had great access to Hwy 65. Her place had many amenities that were unexpected. She had a robe in each closet, many extra toiletries in case you forgot to bring something, a mounted make-up mirror in both bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. Nadia was very responsive when I had a question about parking. If we ever need a place to stay in Birmingham, we’ll definitely come back!

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.

Everything was listed and explained on the listing. I'm disabled and had a hard time finding a adequate place to stay and Robert And Ritika were very responsive to my question's about my needs. I look forward to booking my next stay's with them.
