Camilo is an excellent host, he helped us with everything we needed and quickly managed the parking lot so we could use it and be very comfortable. The apartment is simply beautiful, it was very neat and tidy, comfortable and fully complied with what we expected from him. Communication is fast and was always for clarification of doubts.

This is a lovely apartment. It is safe, and the local police department is nearby. Many shops are nearby. A very good fitness center and supermarket are within a 10-minute walk. The ocean is within 30 minutes' walking distance, too. By staying on Jennyca's property, I avoided traffic during my daily travels in and out of San Pedro De La Paz. If I need to revisit Concepcion, staying in this apartment will be a pleasure.

It was totally a pleasure to stay in Sebastian's apartment. In our case we travel with my family for the surgical reasons of my partner. Sebastián was very understanding in every detail, plus the apartment in an excellent location with nearby mobilization, pharmacies, mall and a supermarket steps from the place. The place is very quiet, then beautiful, I felt safe and the apartment was very complete, everything was clean and with all the necessary kitchen elements. Together with my family and my partner we are very grateful for the experience with Sebastián. RECOMENDADÍSIMO.

Lucia’s apartment was exactly what I had expected and very accurate to the listing. A short drive from down town Concepción and located in a very safe clean and quiet neighborhood of San Pedro. To top it off it’s situated a stones throw away from the lagoon with beautiful views and a perfectly groomed walking trail around it. I would definitely stay again, thank you Lucia.

We were shopping and the apartment is right in front of the Mall. It has a garage, and we ate very well without having to travel too much! I highly recommend it!!! Carolina is always attentive! And the building apart from having security, it was very quiet and safe!

Comfortable apartment for 5 people with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful view all over the bay, even better than in the pictures. The beach of Dichato is 15 or 20 minutes walk, special to go with children, due to its little swell. The condo has two pools, ideal for kids and adults. Hosts gave us recommendations for places to walk, eat, and/or take eleven, the references were very good. The condominium and surroundings are family-friendly and very quiet, I recommend it.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The setting is simply spectacular, surrounded by nature with abundant native forest vegetation that creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The view of the river is breathtaking, its waters invite you to relax and enjoy the sound of the current. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge surrounded by nature. The facilities are comfortable and cozy, and Sylvia's service was excellent and friendly . Definitely a destination I recommend for those looking for a natural escape in a beautiful and serene environment, looking forward to coming back soon.

Everything excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, a divine environment to enjoy with boys. The heating covers the entire apartment which is a no lesser detail, there is hot water all the time, the building has a generator which is super important, on the last night there was no light in the area and we never stopped having the amenities that the apartment provides. We went in two vans and while she has a garage, Alejandra was super accessible in getting us another loan. Truly a successful trip to Chillan and Alejandra is a great host and always available to help with whatever is needed.
