This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

Your communication throughout the booking process and during my stay was excellent and I felt well taken care of. I also appreciated your flexibility with check-in and check-out times which made my travel plans much easier. Overall I had a fantastic experience staying at your Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area. Jolie is very friendly and helpful and so is the family. In this Airbnb you got all you need for a good stay in Saigon and quite worth it for its price. It was the first time for me staying with a family and I was quite nervous but it was absolutely worth it. I absolutely recommend staying there guaranteed good time.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

Room service and amenities are very complete. There is both a smart tive and a kitchen. Friendly and hospitable host.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I love this room, and will choose this room if I come to Ho Chi Minh later.The room is beautiful, just as described in the photos.The homestay is quiet, close to the city, surrounded by many alleys, you can walk around.Hosts are quick to respond to messages.

I had a wonderful stay at Bảo Ngọc’s place! The host was incredibly accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed and responding to all my requests promptly. The space was big, which made my stay comfortable, and the overall experience was unique—I truly felt like a local while staying here. However, the cleaning could use some improvement, as I noticed some dust and needed better upkeep of the cabinets. One of the best parts of this stay was the coffee shop right below the accommodation—such a great convenience! Perfect for grabbing a quick coffee before heading out. Overall, a great stay with a few minor improvements needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a local experience.

Vivian was very friendly and accomodation was nice

The location was good, a 35 minute walk to district 1 where most of the sights are. The property felt safe and was is in a quiet area. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and supermarket Winmart was 10 minutes away. We don’t eat out too much therefore could have done with extra cooking equipment, however when we requested extra the host had no problem in supplying more.
