Holiday rentals with a patio in Bình Chánh

This spot was very nice, clean and comfortable. Quan was amazing, extremely responsive and friendly and I was very impressed with the service! When we needed something, she responded quickly. She even dropped off toilet paper for us :) would definitely visit again!

I absolutely adored the apartment and it was very convenient as I was there on a work trip. Would be happy to stay here again!

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

My wife and I are full-time travelers and absolutely LOVED our month-long stay in HCMC. This is our 3rd month visiting Vietnam, having stayed in different AirBnbs each month, and this was BY FAR our favorite property we’ve stayed in and will forever be our go to. We were nervous about staying on such a busy street, but the sound never really bothered us and the local neighbors were super friendly. The location is very central and within walking distance to the brand new metro train. Easy automatic check in. Manuka’s son Minh who speaks great English helped organize tours and couldn’t have been more helpful with immediate communication for any questions I had. Super convenient location in District 1, less than 5mins walk to Bui Vien. Room was clean with Netflix and a really comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

Tommy is a great host & very helpful. The home was exactly as described & a very convenient location, with quite a few 24/7 convenient stores nearby for a midnight snack. We had a very comfortable stay.

This is a really nice apartment. It has beautiful furnishings and high quality appliances. It's clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. It's on the top floor in a high-end and safe area near a park and a nice mall. I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs in HCMC, and this is by far the best. And Nickey is extremely responsive. I'll be back. 5 stars all the way!

Stayed here for almost 2 months. Nothing to complain about. Great view of the city. A short drive to District 1 and pretty much center of all the districts. Great Location Anytime there was an issue, it was resolved the same day if not the next day. Great Host

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

A little retreat in the hustle and bustle of the city. I looked forward to coming back here everyday. Everything in the house is meticulously placed and intentional. Mai also kindly checked in with me from time to time and gave me some great recommendations in the area. Would stay here again and any chance I get in Saigon.

Thao's place is perfect for a shorter or longer term stay in HCMC. It's close to everything in D1 yet tucked away far enough in a very clean and safe ally that you have very little noise........in our eyes this is perfection. The apartment is well kitted, bed comfy, AC cold, and shower warm. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the extras Thao offers but when we come back to HCMC, we will be staying here again. Thao is extremely responsive and helpful.......one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with.

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

Mochi is one of the most incredible, supportive and helpful hosts that I have ever stayed with. We felt right at home at this place. He was so kind to our request and helped us bring our luggage up and down. Despite staying on the 3rd floor we didn't miss an elevator at all. All the amenities were exactly as shown or even better I'd say. The highlight for us was the location. It is literally just 400m away from Bui Vien Walking Street and only about 1.2 km from Ben Thanh Market. There were great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and even pharmacies next to it. Overall a wonderful experience and we'd love to stay here again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Ho Chi Minh City. The property is beautifully done, with clean and spacious rooms that offered plenty of comfort and a relaxing ambiance. The only drawback was that the kitchen lacked some amenities, which made it a bit challenging for meal preparation. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable villa in Ho Chi Minh City, this is a great choice. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall charm!

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

The new room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Full kitchen and bathroom facilities. New air conditioner and washer and dryer work well. Central location, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Thanh is very friendly. Next time I have the opportunity to return to Vietnam, I will come back here again.

It is accessible from the airport and near the plane, but there was no airplane takeoff and landing noise at all. In addition, there is a large park nearby, so it was nice to go out for a light stroll and enjoy. Thi Duong, the host, is a translation as well as English, but he speaks accurate Korean, so it was easy to understand, communicate very well, and very polite, so the conversation was enjoyable without any inconvenience. It was difficult because there were happenings in the return of the card key, but they actively helped me, and it was nice to be able to solve it safely thanks to them ~ I am 100% willing to revisit if I visit Ho Chi Minh with my family next time ~

It’s a wonderful place to stay when i come back to Saigon

Located in District 8 (approximately 20 minutes drive to the more touristy areas), the apartment is comfortable and clean with access to a shared pool, play area and small shops. This is a good location with children if visiting HCMC with a young family and preferring to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the City
