We had an amazing stay at this villa! The host was fantastic – quick to respond and super helpful throughout our visit. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. Irawan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate, when we request something, he also provide quick support. Good bed and pillow help recharge us. also the balcony is nice especially during the Silence day where we can stargaze there. One note though, Indonesia uses electricity token, there was a time where it ran out in the middle of night, Irawan has promptly help to bring it back on the next morning.

Really lovely villa, lots of light, well designed and very clean. The garden is well maintained and very spacious. Owner was very responsive if we had questions and the maid was also very helpful. My only teething issues were, the sheets in the downstairs room were damp after we were out for most of the day, tbh we should have left the AC on (dry mode) as it was rainy season and torrential rain all day, I’m sure normally no issue. Would have prefer’d a comfier sofa to make it a little more homely and the bathroom also flooded due to a leak from the hose by the toilet. Regardless of the few teething issues, we had a great time and loved the place!

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! We had a wonderful stay from 6th of Feb to 11th and 14th to 19th Feb at this place! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. Our host, Diah, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. She provided excellent guidance throughout our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We even continued to stay at this place when we came back from Singapore. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Absolutely stunning space with loads of room and privacy, loved the big garden area and pool was lovely to soak up the sun. Cleaned daily and the staff were super friendly! I would happily recommend this place and come back here in the future!

The place is comfortable and cozy. Lulu was very helpful during the stay, she gave us all the local recommendations and tips which were very helpful. The guide book in the birdhouse has all the information you need, very organized. Very good experience in general!

If you're looking for a quite place to stay while in Uluwatu - look no further. I spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed my time at the studio. The pool was heavenly to plunge into after a day out at the local beaches, it's a stone's throw away from Suluban Beach and close to Single Fin's to watch the surfers and dance the night away! Would recommend to solo travelers or a couple looking for a quite place to stay while on this side of the island.

Our stay was super comfortable and relaxing. We had access to all the amenities of the Novotel Hotel including the pool, restaurants, beach and gym. The apartment was fantastic and served our family’s needs. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor seating area was great and the overall ambiance was excellent. Thanks Andrianto, it’s great to know we’ve got a place like yours to stay at next time we visit Nusa Dua.

The accomodation was better than what I expected and it surpassed my expectations. The grounds were constantly being maintained and every few days, the staff would clean my room. The host shared suggested places to eat that were all highly rated and within walking distance. The location was also very peaceful and surrounded by nature sounds. For the standard of the accommodation and the area, I'm still surprised at what I paid. I highly recommend this place.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.
