Very modern and clean 10/10 very nice and secure private and very quiet for an apartment complex would recommend to anyone traveling in the area or just passing through great host.

This was a great place to land; clean, spacious and the laundry and kitchen were exactly the amenities we needed. It’s also very close to downtown but building is in a more quiet area which is really nice.

This was a lovely two bedroom, two bath apartment centrally located. We would stay here again.

Everything was great at this spacious three bedroom, three bathroom, squeaky clean and comfortable, Airbnb! We enjoyed using the gym and if we had more time we would’ve loved to play in the games room. The location was central to downtown Binghamton where we enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Lost Dog Cafe before heading to the university for an acapella competition. We were a 10 minute drive from IBM trails for a nice hike with our dog. Our host was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this newly converted dorm style Airbnb to others!

Overall, we were happy with the stay. The building is very dog friendly and there was plenty of space. Justin was extremely helpful and in constant communication. Thank you!

We loved the location for our Parent's weekend visit at Cornell. We were able to walk everywhere to campus. The apartment was easy to get to and Deanna's instructions with pictures was very clear. We also loved that Collegetown Bagels was just around the corner! It has the best coffee and bagels, with an added bonus of grabbing a glass of wine/beer and sitting outside in the nice weather pre-dinner.

We can’t thank Lisa and her family enough for our wonderful stay at Mulligan House. They were gracious hosts who were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The house was in a perfect location on Crystal Lake. We loved swimming in the lake, and the boathouse was also very convenient. We found our trip to be refreshing and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed for an extended period as someone moving into the area. The fact that I could bring all of my animals with me was so important. Amoreena’s place was a perfect little haven. She has so many fun touches and so many extras.

Really lovely home. Robert was very welcoming and generous- we enjoyed the welcome goodies. The yard is beautiful and we felt very relaxed in his home while visiting Cornell for the weekend. If you or kiddos like to watch a movie or show in the evening, bring a laptop to use while getting cozy on one of the sofas. We would stay again!

Shannan is a wonderful host who is kind and responsive. The house is cozy and comfortable and the yard hosts an impressive number of regular animal visitors which we found endlessly entertaining. A lovely and peaceful retreat.

I can’t say enough positive things about this AirBnB experience! Sheila was an exceptional host with quick and helpful communication. Her home was cozy, so clean, in a great location. She knew we were coming during my daughter’s 15th birthday and left cupcakes and a card for her. So thoughtful. Would definitely recommend booking here and would stay here again in a second.

Brian and Eve’s Airbnb was an absolute dream. The property is stunning, with the house facing their peaceful farm orchard, completely surrounded by nature. Trees are everywhere, deer are often grazing nearby, and at night the stars put on a spectacular show—it truly feels like Mother Nature is showing off. The house itself is perfect. It features a full kitchen stocked with every utensil you could need, and three beautiful bedrooms with dreamy, luxurious mattresses. I indulged in many relaxing baths during my stay. The internet was fast and reliable, making it easy to handle work-related meetings. Everything was flawless, and Brian and Eve are incredible hosts, always ensuring my comfort. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!
