We stayed there while visiting Ithaca College, and it was very convenient. The place was clean and comfortable. The host is terrific! JackSun was very helpful when we had to change our travel dates due to a winter storm. Very accommodating and responsive. The only downside of this place is that the parking situation is not ideal. You have to walk down a rather long stairway and across a second parking lot to get to the building. Not a huge deal, but anyone with mobility issues might want to make other arrangements with the host. Overall, a very good place to stay while visiting this beautiful city.

i have stayed here before. Not any isssues. If you cannot walk up stairs, there is no elevator. I needed a few things to make the kitchen easier to cook. They were responsive ad brought them the next day

The house is beautifully renovated and very high tech!!! The kitchen is a dream. Loved the furniture and fire pit on the deck. Convenient to Ithaca and many restaurants/ hikes. Master bed very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all took turns with the massage chair every night - it was a big hit! Lorena was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful house! It was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The kids absolutely loved sledding down the back hill, creating unforgettable memories. Aggie was very responsive; when we needed help figuring out how to control the heat, she sent the property manager over within minutes. He explained everything clearly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we can't thank our hosts enough for their hospitality. Highly recommend. we'll be back!

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my kid’s 8th bday. Place was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace and games. We went snow tubing at Holiday Mountain which was about 40 mins away and had a great time. If you forget to bring any groceries you’ll be able to pick up some stuff at Pete’s supermarket which was like 6 mins away. Would stay here again!

Host is very sweet and the home was perfect for a few nights! Very clean and homey, and she offers lots of brochures about things in the area to do. Only complaint is totally outside of the hosts control, but there aren’t very good places around this house to walk your dog if you have a dog that needs to walk a bit to go to the bathroom. The people driving on the road go very fast so I was not comfortable walking on the road. There’s plenty of trails within driving distance though! And the fenced in back yard was great, just enough space for a little bit of play and to go to the bathroom.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay for our Ski Big Bear vacation. Walking in, we felt right at home. We enjoyed playing games, watching TV and relaxing by the fire. The house was nicely decorated, clean and had plenty of towels for a family of 4. We highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hovarth Farms! The property exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly comfortable and welcoming, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our time there and would love to return soon!

Had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly clean. Location is very private with great views. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The basement had so much to offer with different entertainment options like board games, ping pong, and poker, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing chill getaway!
