We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place. This is easy to access, very quiet, with easy walk to the downtown. There is free parking in the street. The accommodation is well equipped and very convenient. I recommend! Many thanks Sophie for hosting us.

We had a great time at Eliane's place. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. It really has everything you need. We slept like babies so the neighborhood is quiet and the bedding is excellent. Eliane is very responsive. You can call or text them anytime they'll get back to you. I definitely recommend this rental.

The listing matches the photos perfectly. It's beautiful, quiet, well equipped. The instructions provided by Sophia and Thomas are clear and very responsive. The house is nice, the living room overlooks a beautiful garden and fields then which allows for a beautiful unobstructed view. We felt very good there, the kids loved the pool table. We therefore recommend this rental!

What a wonderful stay we had! The space was luxurious with lots of lovely touches and thoughtful details. The hot tub was wonderful and the gardens were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were attentive and communicative and made us feel really welcome. We would love to return!

Immersed in nature , lots of animals, a highly recommended place for family vacations. The place was as described, very nice and clean. Karine and Olivier are super helpful and friendly hosts. In our hearts, their dog: Scooby is already missing!!!! We'll be back!!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

What a wonderful stay we had! Traditional chaumière with a lovely heated and covered swimming pool. This is the first time we stay in such a generously stocked and equipped holiday home and we do travel a lot! Amazing kitchen with nothing missing! Plenty books to read for all ages! Very dog friendly too with large dog beds and blankets. Secure fencing and huge garden! Our labrador retriever did not want to leave! Valérie is a very friendly and welcoming host. Thanks for the local beer, biscuits and well stocked teas, coffees, etc...and for being so so dog friendly Hopping to be back, thank you Valérie!

Excellent well offered by Jean Charles, impeccable value for money. The accommodation is perfectly as described, the most, the space to park on the grounds, it is not easy to be able to park in Rouen and the rates are expensive. The listing fits perfectly with the description and is also atypical, some reviews mention stairs that are too narrow but we do it perfectly. We would not hesitate to book new ones during an upcoming visit to Rouen 😉😉 You can book without a second thought 😉😉

A great stay at their place, quiet and surrounded by green at the bottom of their large grounds, which is exactly what we were looking for. We remain 20 minutes from interesting cities to visit such as Rouen or Lyons la Foret. Friendly, very responsive, and good advice, we recommend it without hesitation!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely cottage. The host was very friendly and welcomed us. warmly. The place was clean, functional, and tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the countryside and the opportunity to walk around the farm. The kids were delighted to feed the animals. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature.

We enjoyed our stay in Deville. A nice and sunny weekend. The docks and the city are very nice. The place allowed us to enjoy and rest. This is a beautiful townhouse.

Amazing place. The stairs was difficult to navigate and the bedroom at the top needed abit of care to knock ur head on the roof but the bed was super comfortable and lots of amenities.
