Julian's place was awesome! The building was beautiful and had all the amenities required. The Km/m to the slopes were correct and there is a small town from a walking distance where you can buy all necessities. Happy skiing to future tennants:)!

Vezzo is a great place to stay to enjoy life at a slower pace and be at a stone throw from pristine ancient woods, it's well connected to the highway and tourist hotspot without all the overtourism. Sonia has been an incredibly attentive host and her beautiful and convenient house has been a great place to stay for us two, my mom, my sister and our pet. A useful bit of info for guests, only a staircase leads to the upper floor. But it's very safe, not steep at all and was easily walkable for my mother.

We had a great stay in Simona's red house. It was easy to find and Simona was present during check-inn and explaining us about the house, surrounding and local shops and restaurants. Simona left us some basic items in the fridge and kitchen. We could comfortably use three bedrooms and slept well in a peaceful location. In the evening we walked the 5 minutes to the village of Miasino for a drink or icecream. In the Miasino park you can also find a good restaurant to eat if you like. To go to Orta San Giulio you do need a car. It's easy to find (payed) parking and a great place for a wander, coffee and food. To go for nice mountain hikes you don't need to drive far as we found good walks within a half hour drive nearby. There are several supermarkets also within a short drive. If you don't drive it might not be your place to stay, so I would suggest to rent a car. Both Milan airports are close by and easy to drive. Would love to stay again in the beautiful area surrounding the house.

Such a marvellous house - we fell in love with its character and charm. So lovely to have all that space and the view from the terrace is stunning. Everything you need is just there, including excellent local bread and cheese a short walk away. The host was welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

The best choice you can make. A lovely combination of a great house, magical surroundings and generous hosts. A special welcome package with delicious homemade pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, milk, juice, eggs, jams, wine, pasta, olive oil, and many other good things. It's look that a lot of thought was given to every corner of the house, the hosts thought of all the big and small things, to enjoy the guests and make the hospitality unforgettable.The hosts really took care of every detail. They went out of their way to help with anything that was needed. Elena showed us the area, helped with medical events that needed assistance.The hosts were genuinely interested in our well-being.The house is charming and very comfortable. Designed with excellent taste. The mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The environment is great and there are beautiful hiking trails nearby. Thank you very much dear Elena, Maria and Chiara. You will always remain in our hearts.

Relaxing stay in great house in beautiful surroundings.

If you are looking for a house immersed in the beautiful Italian countryside, but within easy reach of airports and areas of interest, then this is the place for you! The house is unlike anywhere else we have stayed, and it felt so homely and relaxing. Hidden away amongst the trees, but close enough to Ghemme to be able to hear the church bells. Deer in the garden, a family of wild boar marching through the woods by the house, and even a porcupine climbing down a tree! Vineyards and a stunning view of the mountains. We were easily able to visit Lakes Maggiore, Orta and Como and spent a day in Milan. The welcome information suggests places of interest plus local restaurants and shops. It was easy to drive up to Alagna Valsensia, where we took a cable car up to a mountain restaurant. Thank you to Vincenzo, who met us at the house at 11pm (an evening flight from the UK) to show us around - and to Antonio, who was always happy to share his local knowledge 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Vanda's house. We were four adults and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Vanda supplied a crib with its linens, which meant we did not have to check a porta-crib with our luggage. Vanda encouraged us to make use of her large vegetable garden and we enjoyed her salad greens every day. The backyard is enormous and there were plenty of lawn chairs for relaxing. We were delighted to find a baby swing hanging from a tree branch. The location is perfect-two minutes walk from an alimentari and five minutes to the cafe, center of the village, and the playground. We look forward to staying in Vanda's home again!

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

My friends and I (9 people total) spend Christmas here. It was so dreamy and cozy for a large group and we were super comfortable. Valeria was super responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. Alex was an amazing person and welcomed us and showed us around the house. We had a couple of minor issues and Alex came right away to help us out. Thank you Alex! The place is on the side of the road, but it was peaceful and we did not get any noice from the road. It is also a short drive from grocery stores and about 20 to 30 mins drive to Turin. It was also 1.5 hrs away from 2 great ski places that we had the chance to visit. Because it was winter we couldn’t make use of the outside area, but it looks super nice and dreamy for a summer stay as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

Great place on a beautiful lake! Irene and family were incredibly pleasant and happy to help with whatever was needed. Communication was excellent and if you love lake life, this is the place for you!

Beautiful property with a remarkable location. Very freindly staff that helps you with everything and really wants you to have a great stay. Would recommend if you are in Piedmont.

We’ve stayed in some great homes before; but this has to be the most beautiful one. The view is as good as you would expect from the photos. You cannot stop looking at it. The home itself is very nice, and very clean. A pleasure to stay. If you’re looking for a private, stunning and clean place at the lake; look no further. Also the host is really nice. She responds swift, and really takes pride in assuring you have a pleasant stay. Just perfect.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

Alex is very attentive and very kind. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We'll go back when we have more free time. 100% recommended for those who want to escape reality for a few days.

Pure relaxation! We (6 people, two families friends) had a great time in Cascina Vercellina. Absolutely quiet, large pool, huge garden (which our dog especially loved). Excursions to the surrounding area have added our week: to the monastery and pilgrimage town of Oropa (UNESCO World Heritage Site), to Turin (approx. 60 min drive), Biella (great butchers and beautiful small shops) and a trip to La Bessa, an Azienda Agricola, where we bought hazelnuts and nut cream. Cristina (co-host) was super friendly and helpful with tips. Exciting for our budding biology student: there are numerous animals and plants to discover! We enjoyed that too.

We absolutely loved our night at this beautiful Airbnb! It was close to some cute little towns and the host had amazing recommendations.
