we had a wonderful stay at Ms. Glenda’s place. the place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. the owner was super easy to communicate with, always responsive and respectful, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. we also loved how well-prepared the place was for guests—they even provided a guest kit with a dental kit, which was a thoughtful touch. the guards and lobby attendants were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. there were plenty of food options just downstairs, which was super convenient. plus, we had a blast with the karaoke session. the sink was clogged, but we were informed ahead of time, so it wasn’t a big deal. overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again! highly recommended!

The unit was neat and well-organized. Also, Ms. Christia was very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here and in fact we will come back this weekend! Great place and location everything is walking distance.

It is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The apartment is very clean and safe, with absolutely nothing missing. The reception is open 24/7, and there is a swimming pool, a gym, and very fast internet. What impressed me the most was the view from the balcony; I won’t forget those dinners on the balcony or the morning coffee anytime soon. We stayed there for almost a month and had an extraordinary experience. Communication with Miss Joan was flawless—always very quick and filled with exceptional kindness. The location is very central, just a short walk away from Glorietta Mall or the Landmark supermarket, with access to parks and a 24/7 convenience store just around the corner. I warmly recommend this place and hope to return there soon!

The place looks great with a homeyyy vibe! Very clean and well ventilated. Lots of things to do! We had karaoke, playcards while drinking, billiards etc. We all had fun. Some minor recommendations, a longer dining table to accommodate more people and additional mosquito repellant inside the rooms on the 2nd floor. We were advised regarding the mosquito so we’re prepared with Off lotion 😝 Overall! This is a great place to stay with your family or friends within the city. The host was very proactive and friendly. Very considerate and easy to contact especially during check-in and check-out time. Thanks you Sir Patrick and to the whole staff! 💖

One of the best staycations we had in 2024! Thank you, Kuya Paulino and Ate Marisa, for accommodating our 15-pax family. We had a perfect staycation to celebrate New Year's Eve. Our children made so many memories and want to book the place again. Maybe we will come back to book this place again soon once we visit back Manila since taga Infanta kami. We are one of the first Airbnb clients of this place, and I say this is one of the best staycation investments so far. Place is clean and elegant Sobrang bait na host. The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

The unit is good, we were able to cook our own food. The area is accessible and easy to find. There’s a fast internet that is good for working. No issues with water, the neighborhood is peaceful. The only issue is there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining area when we arrived but we were able to get rid of it. But our overall stay is good.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Lucilyn's home The place is so quiet and calm to relax, I felt like home. Everything you need (self-laundry, groceries, malls, etc) is close to it so you won't hassle, but it's recommended to bring your own vehicle.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's perfectly located near SM and everything else we needed, making it super convenient. The garden is absolutely perfect for my pets, and they had such a great time there. Rex and Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot—I'll definitely be back!

The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, and Karen was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating.
