Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beylikdüzü

Best staying I’ve experienced with Airbnb. The apartment was spotless and the host though of everything. You even have special charger for outside of EU. The Dyson vacuum cleaner helped us a lot maintaining cleaningsness. Also, Drew is a truly dedicated person, helping you with all you may need.

It was very clean and tidy, we had trouble finding the entrance, it was hard to reach because the contact number was not shared but the house was spotless, it was very peaceful

The apartment was nice and tidy, but it was challenging for Uber or taxis to locate or stop nearby. If you’re booking tours, note that large buses cannot access the apartment. Additionally, it’s situated at the bottom of a hill, which might be something to consider if you have to make few trips or have children.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

If you're looking for a quiet stay in a convenient location, This is perfect for you. We had PLENTY of space inside, everything we needed to cook, and all of the local foods and tourist spots either right out the door or a short walk away. Location 10/10 (not touristy neighborhood, close to major roads and locations though, great hole in the wall food places nearby) Hosts 10/10 Very responsive, kind, courteous, and professional. House 10/10 Not a luxury house but those don't feel like you're at home anyways. Us, our kids, and our older parents had a feeling of being at home throughout our stay. Dont look any further!!

Great view from the balcony and living room (the windows were a bit dirty though). Great access to public transport, everything was perfect, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge, tv, furniture and everything you would need to make a dinner.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! Everything was exactly as stated in the description and even better. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and incredibly cozy. The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views from the 22nd floor facing east. You can litteraly see the asian side of istanbul from the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise. Despite the summer time, it is very breezy in the evening. The apartment is very well equipped and the owner Anas was excellent in communication and solving some minor problems. You can easily accommodate 5 people: " 2 adults and 3 children" as the bunker bed has a pull out bed which was nice. We would suggest to have at least two outdoor chairs in the balcony to enjoy the views. Also, the children bedroom does not have an AC, but is was not a big problem as the children left the door open while sleeping. The area is very safe with security at the entrance of each tower. Parking was not included in the booking, but you can find plenty of spots in the street. There is a hotel next to the building that offers breakfast for 400 turkish lira which was ok. We would definitely come back.
