Holiday rentals with a patio in Bexhill

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas. The flat is very well equipped, in a great location and with an amazing sea view. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gorgeous hidden gem. Two family members stayed here when they visited me - it was so clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great, and the place is secluded and quiet. So glad to have found this place for when people come to stay in the future. Graeme and Donna were wonderful hosts, with excellent communication and everything was just really easy. Much appreciated and l and highly recommend. Thank you!

A lovely place which felt instantly like home. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is as comfortable as all the other reviews describe it to be! Had some very peaceful nights sleep here and it’s super close to everything in st Leonard’s.

Such a great find in Hastings Old Town! A great property, very well maintained, clean and warm. Lovely kitchen area and lounge. Bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have a bath! A real gem. We stayed here for Christmas and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch (thank you!). Such a great location as you are in the middle of the old town but it’s still quiet. Jane was very responsive and accommodating, very pro active - a great host. Can highly recommend staying here. Thank you Jane we had a brilliant time!

What a fantastic Airbnb! We absolutely loved it. So quirky and cute. Fits Hastings Old Town perfectly! The communal areas - the kitchen/diner and the lounge - the best we’ve ever had. Everywhere are lovely touches. So much care taken. The position is right in the middle of George Street so you feel part of the community. Communication with Jane our host first class. So many helpful tips. We felt she really wanted us to have a great time - which we did! If you want a great experience right in the middle of a charming but lively area, this Airbnb is perfect.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

The Garden Flat was perfect for our short stay in Eastbourne. Fabulous location on the beach front to walk our dog. John was a lovely host and great to chat to. Comfy bed with top quality, contemporary finish to the accommodation.

I stayed in this 2 bed flat throughout January. It was perfect for what I needed at the time. The accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary essentials. The bed was very comfy and parking easy to find. Jane genuinely was a fantastic host and all the information was very clear before arriving. I would highly recommend the apartment to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Cosy and convenient cottage, right in the middle of Rye. Really nice to have a few basics left for us (milk, juice). Gas fire downstairs and underfloor heating in the bathroom were nice given the cold weather. The second bedroom is probably more suitable for a child than a third adult as it's hard to close the door with the bed in the way - also because the radiator is on the wall by the bed it wasn’t on, so the room could be a bit cold.

Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Property was very well presented with everything we needed. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Great find in Rye with private off road parking for one car. Taz was flexible with check-in and check out times which we really appreciated as we were travelling a far distance to the property. Couple of things to mention as may bother some people, the cottage is close to the train line but the trains don’t run over night (well we didn’t hear them) but they would be heard in the little court yard seating area and the glass in the front door is partly frosted but people walk right past and it could feel not very private at times but we got used to it and didn’t notice it by the end of the weekend. Great place, very easy walk into town, just a few minutes from the bottom of Mermaid Street and the shops, restaurants and pubs. Taz is a fab host and always promptly respond to my questions. We would definitely stay at Cypress Cottage again, thanks for having us!

We had a lovely stay at David’s house in St Leonard’s, despite the wet & windy British weather! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, well located and easy to find. David was a great host - proactive, friendly and helpful. The only thing that would’ve made our stay even better was a parking space outside as trying to find a space at 10.30pm Saturday night was a bit of a challenge! Thank you David, we will be back!

Second time staying at Sam and Nicks. Very happy. We had a problem with the front door on contacting them we had a really quick response, they attended the property and problem fixed promptly. Communication and everything about the trip has been excellent.

Our first Airbnb stay and what a little find (shouldn’t be tell you really), beautiful outlook, lovely and homely, appreciative of the extras gifted 🤗, comfy beds, super clean kitchen and bathrooms, awesome communication, super quiet and could have sat and looked at the view forever!, we wanted to dip a toe and eat chips, both of which we did (even in the mids of a freezing few days!), will return without hesitation!

Stunning place, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Felt like home!

Dan is a wonderful, gracious host and the flat is in a perfect location for exploring town! Lots of fun tech and a brand new bathroom in a very comfy space for the three of us. We wished we could’ve stayed a few more days in Hastings.

This property is right in the heart of Hastings, walking distance to bars, pubs, restaurants, seafront, shopping centre and attractions. Really comfortable furniture, great picture on the smart tv, Brand new boiler , great hot water and pressure at the shower and bath The smugglers caves were a good attraction and crazy golf on the seafront

Great little place to stay for son’s swim week. Had everything we needed and great view across Eastbourne. Would definitely recommend!

Decided to take a quick christmas holiday break with my family and coming to this place was perfect. Decorated all Christmassy made it feel like home-from-home. Kitchen provided full amenities to cook with, with everything closed on Christmas day. Sat in a perfect location to be around on such short notice with everything nearby, and the sea right in front of you for a view. Anna was really pro-active and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend at Kat’s place! You walked out of the door and onto the beach! Kat’s place is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to book another stay!

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

A fantastic stay for a living weekend in Hastings. A wonderful and quirky space to relax and recover after some near-vertical walks around town! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we'd need, making for a comfortable time. The cherry on top was the birthday decorations kindly put up to make my partners birthday all the more special!
