Very nice stay. The apartment is as described, very quiet and very clean. The location is ideal, as a short walk to the beach and an area of shops and restaurants. Admittedly in this season, you can't expect everyone to be open, but that wasn't a problem. Finally, our host always responded quickly and very cordially to our questions. Recommended.

Located in the heart of the old district, everything is on foot, the harbor, shops, small cobblestone streets. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and Audrey even provided us with two umbrella beds for children. Extremely responsive in its communication, we have no negative feedback. The terrace, although not having an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciated.

Isabelle and Loic were warm and very responsive during our interactions. The accommodation is very pleasant, very clean and very conveniently located. I had a very refreshing and soothing stay in Isabelle and Loic's place, in which you feel really good! I would highly recommend it!

Evelyne's home matches the description and photos. Clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Claudie welcomed us in an impeccable, punctual and very friendly way. Quiet and quiet area. Highly recommended.

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Very nice living space in the house. 4 adults and 4 children (4-10). Very comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen. Exterior ideal for outdoor games, and perfectly secure. Enjoyable hot tub. Great stay at Caroline's. The house and the environment is amazing! Very nice view from the terrace. The house lent itself very well to our family gathering, everyone had their own space and the children enjoyed the games in the garden and in the house. Caroline was very welcoming and available. The area is very beautiful and the house is less than 15 min from the main sites to visit. We'll be happy to go back.

We came to spend 4/ 5 days in Hyères by train.Nadia immediately offered to pick us up at the train. She showed us around the apartment, very good welcome. The apartment is very well equipped, even in a dry grocery store, some products in the freezer and drinks in the fridge, it's a real cozy nest!! Lots of restaurants at the foot of the residence,a bus stop nearby.( ideal for hiking) as well as a bakery and convenience store. In short,we hope to come back to discover the neighboring islands. Thank you Nadia for this very warm welcome!

Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we have the right to sunset, it's great.

Very nice place, quiet, secure. Pool, beach, shops and activities without having to drive. Marie is friendly, explains very well when you check in. They're also very responsive. Recommended without a doubt.

Our stay went very well. The exceptional view of the sea did us a lot of good. Children could play on the large terrace safely, and the sandy beach that is right in front of the residence is very convenient and pleasant. The neighborhood and the beach were peaceful and quiet this February. Thank you!
