The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Cem was a super host! Came to greet at the front door and showed the entire place. It’s right in the center of İstanbul and a 2min walk to the Karakoy marina/port. Lots of restaurants and shops. His place is 3 stories. Super cool concept but a hassle to bring luggage up and down 😅 so just keep luggage downstairs haha. Cemal had waters, teas, coffee, and canned drinks for his guest. Awesome amenity. I was joking with him and said “where is the beer?” Haha. Great guy to chit chat with. Had a pleasant stay at his place. It was clean as well. Two small things to note. The downstairs sleeping area is somewhat noisy even as a heavy sleeper you can hear all the street traffic, etc. Also the bed seem to be worn out and it was COLD. Can feel the draft from the outside still - the heater was on but didn’t seem to warm up the first floor….i just said no biggie and I Slept second floor and was a lot quieter and comfortable. Overall great value and host for the area. Def recommend!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Emre is an amazing host and super helpful and friendly. He was always readily available whenever we need help with anything, also very kind and understanding host. The house is super cozy, love the bedroom! Home is nearby conveniences and eateries so if there is anything you need can always drop by quick to the minimal just a few steps away. Overall, great place and host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. Decoration was so calm, cozy and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul and very close to all the main tourist attractions. Dilek is an outstanding host—super helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything was perfect. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and even better! There's a parking spot behind the house! The view is magical from all the windows of the house. Its location is ideal. It is a 6 minute walk to the center of Arnavutköy (small uphill), next to beautiful cafes and restaurants! Lou is an amazing hostess! From our first message, to the last one. Friendly and helpful! First of all, the host is very attentive and responds quickly, providing great assistance with everything. I want to start with that. Additionally, the apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Both the apartment and the building are new, and the building itself is beautiful and modern. Overall, the furniture is new and clean. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy. Everything, from the towels to every corner of the apartment, is spotless and hygienic. It smells fresh and has been specially prepared. The location is very central, just a 6-7 minute walk to the subway/underground. Since there is a shopping center located right below the building, it’s very convenient for shopping. There are also plenty of dining options and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Everything was ok and very nice view

The apartment is as beautiful and clean as pictures, but much smaller like bathrooms in Shawar, being in the ground floor with the hall, the pool and the rooms above the room.. The bathroom in the room is only a chair and a sink meter meters.. There is no rinse in any of the bathrooms . The room has no air conditioning . So by giving away the privacy of bathing and using the bathroom to pass by the lounge and up the stairs, what is very different. Otherwise, it is very clean and their instructions are clear and the price is better and better and it is better to make everything written above .. Its location is fabulous close to everything

This is a great place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to main districts like Sisli, Harbiye, Taksim etc. This airbnb is one of the cleanest ones I ve stayed. I will be back for sure when I stay in Istanbul. I recommend this place without any doubt. The building has an indoor parking which is important for Istanbul.

Staying at the property was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We stayed for almost 3 months and loved the long stay experience. The place is cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us and our cat—feel truly at home. In prep for our arrival, they converted the balcony to a catio, which made eating outdoors even more fun with our indoor cat. Any questions we had were answered promptly. From offering thoughtful advice about local vets and places to see, the recommendations gave us a richer, more authentic Istanbul experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the trusted care of its hosts.

It was a great stay in a pristine home, I enjoyed the beautiful weather in the outdoor areas. The privacy and personal space was quite important and I'm glad these were provided. The host was very kind, everything was perfect, there was no need extra. I'm definitely thinking about staying again

We loooooved Muharrem and Gonul’s place. This was a traditional Turkish house and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect and a stone’s throw away from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the neighbors are quite charming. Gonul welcomed us with some treats she made which really enjoyed. We had everything we needed in the home! As others have mentioned, the bathroom is on a separate floor from the bedrooms. This may cause difficulty for people traveling with elders or their parents. We loved this place and cannot recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish and chic accommodation! The place was beautifully designed, and every corner had a touch of elegance. The only minor downside was that the shower head on the first floor was a bit loose, but it didn't impact our overall experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, making it so convenient for us to explore. As cat lovers, we especially enjoyed being surrounded by friendly stray cats — a delightful bonus! Merve was an exceptional host, always helpful and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again. This is a wonderful apartment, even better than pictures show. The building is secure. The apt is safe, I am female and slept with bedroom window open, assured by owners it was safe. It is Istanbul, so it is on steep street. I walked, but taxi's are easy thru Uber app. Doorman Celal is a charming man, ready to help you (you'll need google translator, unless you speak Turkish) Apt is clean and well furnished. Kitchen has Elec hot water kettle and 2 types of coffee machines, if that is your thing. Plenty of kitchen basics to prepare meals, (pots, dishes, etc) For me personally, the most comfortable bed and the best pillows ever for side sleepers!! I slept better than at home, seriously! I highly reccomend this property and the Owners. 5+ stars

The hosts were really friendly, responded to questions asap and didn't neglect to ask if we needed anything during our stay. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden is really peaceful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful location.
