We would‘ve loved to extend our stay in Zakopane because it has so much to offer. The AirBnb was the perfect starting point for all of our trips and left nothing to be desired. The more than friendly hosts were always available for us and tried their best to keep us as comfortable and happy as possible. We highly appreciated that and would always come back for another holiday. We would recommend it for sure.

Karolina's house is in an nice, quiet location. Zakopane is easily accessible, although traffic tends to be heavy. The apartment is nice, small and clean. We were on the ground floor, the only unpleasant things were the slightly louder plumbing noises from upstairs (toilet, shower) and the other guests who came home at 1am. Luckily I had earplugs with me :) Thank you for having us, our family had a great time in Poland!

The first impression of Monika's apartment was really great. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire apartment smelled very nice. We didn't find anything during our stay that would spoil that impression. The amenities of the apartment are also tasteful and functional, so we had everything we could need (maybe more). Communication with Monika was seamless, she responded to messages quickly, and even accommodated us with an early check-in. The house where the apartment is located was also clean and quiet. There is a cafe right next to the entrance of the house and a Lidl and some restaurants in close proximity. It is a walking distance to the city center, just over 20 minutes. I definitely recommend the apartment and I hope that the next time I come to Banska Bystrica, I will be able to rent it again.

Everything was fine, accommodation close to the center and also close to the ski slope. There was privacy and all the amenities met expectations. We'd love to come back! Thank you

Second time staying at Arkadiusz apartments, and it didn't disappoint again. Perfect cabin in a perfect location.

I highly recommend this accommodation,the neighborhood of the apartment building is quiet and in about 10 minutes on foot you are directly on the square. The host is kind and welcoming,responding quickly.

Highly recommend, great place to relax! Very clean, all necessary items are provided (sponge, dish gas, cloth, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Large living room space, board games, large, fenced garden. The perfect place to sleep with a dog!

An intimate cottage with a beautiful view of the mountains. A great place to relax and recharge your batteries with nature. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. I felt warmly welcomed there and I will remember the time of departure with a smile on my face.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and especially the host, Helene. The apartment is not only well-equipped but even nicer than in the photos. A small, well-maintained garden adds to the overall charm. Communication with the host is seamless, and she is always ready to offer advice and help. Very nice place, super well located close to the train station, the bus ski and supermarkets (Lidl). For someone who wants to explore the mountains and skiing, it's perfect! The house is very cozy, clean, with a large TV and well equipped with all the utensils you need for a couple of days. The communication with the host was also very good and fast. However, we experienced issues with getting warm water while showering. We didn't reach out the host on this matter because we only stayed two nights but it happened in both days. But it wasn't very nice... Usually, it happened after a couple of minutes (1-2min) of shower, not a long shower, both in the morning and evening. This was very inconvenient, especially after a long day of skiing. Despite this minor issue, we would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was beautiful, matched the photos, I was very satisfied, except that the floor heating in the living room was not working, it was cold in that living area.... the heating otherwise worked in the other rooms...

Apartment seems brand new and stylishly decorated. It's very clean and comfortable and a good base to explore the surroundings. Really recommended!!

We had a great stay, the host greeted us as we arrived and showed the place. The room was huge, very comfy bed, and most of the amenities you'd need for a short stay. The location is great, easy to get by car to surrounding attractions. Thank you for your hospitality!
