We had a great time at this original place that made the delight of young and old. The downsides are noted in the listing: only one toilet/bathroom for the whole place, but we can accommodate it. Pay attention to the access to the bathtub which is a little complicated, inadequate for people with disabilities.

Exceptional apartment due to the furnishings, the location and the great huge terrace. Gisèle and Dominique are hosts with heart and soul. We had very nice moments together with the two. We can recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay.

Responsive host, very clean accommodation, the difference between the photos and the real is surprising because there are very nice volumes and beautiful perspectives in the accommodation. I would recommend it 100%.

the apartment is in a very good location in the center of Besançon. The rooms are spacious ,comfortable and quiet. The view from the living room is lovely. But what is exceptional is the interior design of the apartment . The furniture and decorative objects are of very good taste and give a soul to the apartment . We feel particularly good there. A library left at your disposal that would almost make you want not to go out!

We spent New Year's Eve 2024 in a warm and intimate setting. The place is convenient and with the host's information, it was easy to enjoy the place (walkway, hot tub, kitchen etc...) We had a question about the hot tub and the host came to the premises in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Notable responsiveness! 😁 We recommend my friends and I this place to meet you and your loved ones in this ideal setting at the good times! Thanks Mathilde and Florent! 😄

Lucien is a very nice host. The house is clean and spacious. However, the accommodation would benefit from being complemented by dishes and electrical appliances such as extra plates, a toaster, bowls or dishes... We'll be back for sure!

A house with beautiful amenities, the decor is modern and uncluttered and the amenities are complete and much appreciated, including the jacuzzi relaxation area, very well maintained. We also appreciated the attention of our host, which made us feel welcome. An address we remember!

I start studying here shortly, and booked the room for a few months. The stay is suitable for both short and long stays, Laure ensures the guests are quiet, respectful and clean. She is incredibly helpful and hand-on, even from a distance, taking care that the flat is well-kept and clean at all times. The flat is near the center (20mn walk) but also very close to some small hiking trails, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

Small, very well appointed, convenient and quiet accommodation. Small point to know for those who want tranquility + ++: the stairwell is not phonically isolated (old house) in if the guests of the second rented apartment are not at the same pace as you or noisy, you will hear them passing on the stairs. Otherwise everything is very good.

Excellent accommodation and great location

nice apartment, parking spaces. bed sheets are already installed, shower linens, super equipped kitchen. we only took our clothes and everything else is there!! very close to many activities in Besançon (5 minutes by car). Erin always responded very quickly. As described. Enough dishes for 9 people. Thank you so much!!
