Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Berwyn

Recently spend a week during thanksgiving and the banksy was beautiful. The space was clean and it had everything needed for family activities. It had all amenities for a longer stay and the location is close to museums, parks and great restaurants. The host Robert was very responsive and friendly, will definitely be staying at the banksy again.

So happy this was available for a last minute trip to Elmhurst — very comfortable and clean! Easy to get around the area and Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive!

I was in town for a few days and this place was perfect for my stay. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated the decor in the home, it was very nice and there were some unique pieces that caught my eye. I also loved the quotes on the stairs. The street parking and walkways were clear of snow and ice. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. Giovanni was a great host, very kind and responsive, easy to contact. My stay was peaceful and relaxing. I look forward to staying here again.

Sharlene was an excellent host. She gave us suggestions on what we could do in the area and was very responsive. Her home looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We had a hiccup at checkout and she was very accommodating. We would definitely book her home again.

My friends and I had a great time. Stephany was SUPER friendly and VERY responsive, which is awesome. The bathrooms were pristine and the beds were sooooo comfortable.

This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Great place, beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed and a very accommodating host. It is in close proximity to a bunch of restaurants, cafés and event spaces. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely, spacious, and clean. While the apartment was on a busy street, the bedrooms were very quiet making it easy to sleep. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

We really enjoyed staying at this place - it was clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. Elizabeth was very responsive and a great host. We would stay here again!

I absolutely loved the home and its aesthetic. The surroundings and neighborhood are wonderful, and the host was very responsive. It was a nice touch to see the Harry Potter and Twilight books in the home—they brought back so many great memories from my childhood. I would definitely recommend this place—it’s perfect for both relaxing and small gatherings.

Very comfortable space; great location; helpful host; well-equipped. Of note, there is no thermostat within the space, but that did not present an issue. Would return without hesitation in the future.

I am adding this to my 'Must Stay Again' list. Lara's place is quiet, cozy, and has the most comfortable furniture, including the beds. We were able to park our car right out front, and had easy access to the first floor location. The house is so cute, and we felt right at home. Lara was super responsive and kind to communicate with. Thought we came in the coldest winter, the house was warm, water pressure was great. Knowing it was going to be cold, Lara made sure we had some electric heaters if necessary, but we didn't need them. Still happy she was thinking of our comfort. It was just perfect. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, safe, and do close to area restaurants and coffee houses. if you are in Chicago for the first time, there is lots to see and do, and the location is easy to navigate to area attractions.

I have stayed at Yuyi’s place multiple times. It’s big, airy and very comfortable. I had special circumstances this last trip and Yuyi was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place .

Feven's third-floor condo met the billing exactly. We had a ton of space to socialize, everyone got a bed (there are four beds and we could have had 7 people there) - not many AirBnB's can support that many people. Our four people were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had a big tub of ground coffee for us in the morning. Feven was great at communicating. We'd stay here again.

Our crew of 11 fit well here. Alex was a great host that tossed in some extras for us at no charge! The house was on a quiet street and was beautiful. There were games for adults and kids available. The extras provided for kids were wonderful to not have to pack along for the quick trip. He had a baby gate, pack n play, highchair and more. There were some basics missing from the kitchen that made it a little interesting to cook but overall, it was a good stay.

John’s place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was immaculate and we appreciated the nespresso machine and pods. The location was excellent, many food and drink choices right outside the door. It was amazing to have our own parking spot! There are a lot of stairs but that is expected in the city. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends.

If the first rule of real estate is location, this place is perfect. In view of Wrigley and walking distance to all of Wrigleyville. We loved the decor and found the place very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again anytime.

I would say the photos matched what the place looked like but it was larger than we expected! The kitchen / family room area was a very nice space for all of us to hang out. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and we loved the espresso machine. The host was VERY responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood was very walkable with a grocery & Walgreens not too far
