The house was as described. It has beautiful views from all over the house. The kitchen was well stocked for our large group to cook meals. The beds are comfortable but firm. Communication was excellent for any questions we had about our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again or at another of Carl's properties.

My stay here was GREAT!!!! I would recommend it to other family and friends. Phillip is a great host and very responsive to questions. He is a very friendly man and full of information. The property was exactly as it was shown in the pictures online.

Great place to stay; would highly recommend and certainly stay there again if ever back in ABQ. Essie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in process was clear and easy. Home is shared, but the guest space is completely separate from the rest of the home and feels very private. Great space for families with young kids as there were lots of toys and stuff to play on outside. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Sandia Peak. 5 stars all around and highly recommend.

Our stay was focused around our good friend’s wedding and the location ensured we were five minutes away from all the events. The rental was also very relaxing and a great way to recharge when we had downtime. Also they provided fresh flowers which was soooooo above and beyond expectation.

Amazing Old Town Getaway

Amazing deal for the cost. Walkable to Old Downtown, Botanical Garden, Aquarium and river walk natural area. Clean, quiet and comfortable accomodations for a party of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to pre meals easily and dishwasher made clean up easy. Would definitely rent this home again when in the area.

Beautiful 5 bedroom home with hot tub

This place was awesome.We enjoyed the spacious rooms ,extra beds ,linens. It had all.the essentials and more .I hope to stay there again.And the host took the time to visit with me on the phone when I had an issue with the alarm .The only bad thing is we weren't able use the hot tub ,not sure if we just didn't find the right switch but it seemed too dark at night and during the day we seemed too busy to use it.Again that maybe our fault .I would highly recommend this beautiful home .Thank you so much,Carlos.

Monica was a very good communicator. There was an issue with the heat thermostat which she resolved very quickly. The location was close to everything- trails, restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for 2 couples. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom which was nice. Laundry next to bedroom and convenient.

A sweet little casita, with just the right amount of room to be comfortable. I appreciated the small touches such as charging ports in multiple places. The tiny kitchen is the right size for heating up a meal. These adobe walls around the property give you a sense of being removed from the street, giving it a peaceful feel. Only a few blocks away is the Nature Center and paths along the Bosque, a wonderful retreat. There are great coffee shops (Cutbow , La Luz) and a Co-op grocery store in the neighborhood.
