The house was as described. It has beautiful views from all over the house. The kitchen was well stocked for our large group to cook meals. The beds are comfortable but firm. Communication was excellent for any questions we had about our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again or at another of Carl's properties.

Essie's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The location is convenient, close to major thoroughfares, but also just a few minutes from the open land in the foothills and the tram. Great views of the mountains and mesas, too. Perfect for an outdoorsy family.

This Airbnb offers exceptional comfort in a safe, quiet and scenic area of Albuquerque. We really enjoyed our stay at Boho Chic Casita - A Peaceful City Retreat. Lacy is a fantastic host - Lacy provided very clear instructions to find the house / parking / entry which made for a very easy & quick check-in. Lacy was very responsive for questions/issues, and reached out to us multiple times to confirm everything was good with our stay. We had an issue with the heat on the first day & Lacy responded quickly to resolve the issue. The house is really terrific - it was very clean, comfortable, cozy and very homey for our week stay in Albuquerque. The kitchen appliances & the washer/dryer worked really well during our stay. It was really cold in ABQ during our visit but the outside patio is really awesome! The location is terrific being close to Central Avenue for restaurants & close to the airport/downtown/interstates. We for sure will stay at Boho Chic Casita or Lacy's other properties on a future stay in Albuquerque!

Phillip's house was just what we needed for our quick family trip. It was conveniently located for travel to the tram, Santa Fe and Sandia Ski Area. It was extremely helpful for us to be near the airport since we had a very early flight home. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread around. We made use of the clubhouse for the sauna and steam room. There was some things that needed to be addressed but Phillip was very quick to respond.

Elizabeth’s place was wonderful and she was very welcoming with treats and necessities. We will definitely return to her clean, comfortable and ideally located home.

Leah’s place was a great location to visit family nearby. Easy access to freeway, Nob Hill, Uptown areas. Loved the fireplace to warm up on cold days. Thoughtful amenities for kids. Clean and comfortable space with everything we needed.

We had a great stay and family loved it. kitchen was well stacked and had all the essentials. Great location and Michael has been warm and very responsive.

Wow just wow!!! Growing up in Albuquerque this really brought me back to New Mexico! Beautiful furnishings, authentic Adobe and glossy wood floors. It was beyond my expectations. Instructions were perfect and the home was identical to the pictures. Stunning wooden beams and an unbelievably comfortable bed and pillows. Well stocked kitchen. I will look for this home any time I Visit Albuquerque. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Also, stunning views of the Sandia Mountains!

We are driving cross country and needed a one night stay and this place was great. The bed was comfy, there was everything ny we needed in the kitchen to cook our dinner, the place was clean, and dog friendly! Definitely recommend!

Worked out great for us. We were j town for the balloon fiesta. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible.
