Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

You will also find a historic walkway explaining the division of Berlin very close by....make yourself comfortable between an extraordinary past and a promising future of a remarkable city.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The urban design apartment is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated apartment building directly on the famous Brunnenstrasse in the sought-after Berlin Mitte district. It is located just a few meters away from the Brunnenstrasse subway and therefore at the crossroads of Berlin's history. Just a few meters away is the Berlin Wall Memorial and the famous Mauerpark. The apartment has been modernly designed and lovingly prepared for groups.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most beautiful area, in a quiet street with nice restaurants, cafés and lots of green! Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

This ‚flat’ with its own entrance is a part of a bigger flat with another entrance door. The rest of the flat is separated by a door (locked). So you are not going to have any contact with other people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
