Uredili smo ovu kačaru u skladu sa prirodom. Koristilo smo prirodne materijale i trudili smo se da nas vode principi održivog razvoja. Kačara se nalazi u okviru autentičnog seoskog domaćinstva, pa je u neposrednog blizini proizvodnje domaće hrane i životinje sa kojima delimo brdo. Ova kačara je opremljena televizorom i Wi-Fi-jem, a ispred TV-a se može instalirati i mali radni sto pa je moguće i raditi sa ove lokacije. Posle podne, poslastica je ležati u uzidanom buretu koje gleda na šumu.

Warm and cozy house with a private lake access

Dobrodošli "Kod dva kestena", u kuću koja se nalazi u srcu Ovčasko Kablarske klisure. Ova tiha i udobna kuća, smještena je na prelepom poluostrvu usred jezera Medjuvrsje, koje se nalazi između slikovitih planinskih padina. Kuća ima direktan privatni pristup samoj obali jezera koji nudi lepo mesto za pecanje, roštilj ili jednostavno za opuštanje. Kuca se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji, jer nije blizu glavnog autoputa, ali je ipak dobro povezana sa svim bitnijim mestima u okolini.

Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Lakehouse has Electricity, Drinkable water, Fireplace, Barbecue and beautiful view to lake and Ovcar Mountain. Real heaven for family vacation. Vikendica na Medjuvrsju preko puta restorana Lanterna. Do vikendice se stiže čamcem. Vikendica poseduje struju, pijacu vodu, rostilj i prelep pogled na jezero i ovčar. Pravi raj za porodični vikend.

My family home is located in the heart of Kosmaj, a hill 60 km away from the center of Belgrade. It was built in 2010, in an artistic and contemporary style. It is in the center of a 70 00 m2 plot of land, surrounded by forests of birch, acacia, pine and oak trees. It has its own orchard with plum, cherry, apple and pear trees. Large windows, terraces and a sun deck allow you to enjoy the nature around. Our 4 adorable cats live on the property, but not in the house.
