Holiday houses in Bennett Springs

Had a great time being so close to the beach, the house had everything we needed. The welcome to the house (including lovely smell, dog welcome pack, hand written note) was excellent and welcome after a long day driving. Thanks and would recommend.

Would highly recommend!!! Helen and Ron’s property is the perfect little stay for yourself, a couple or a family. Despite being attached to the house, it is completely private and quiet and we felt at home for our stay. The location is great! Lots of things near by including a wonderful cafe with yummy food that is very reasonably priced as well as a golf course, swimming pool, lake, train station and playgrounds. Not far to other places around too if you’re wanting to venture out. Helen and Ron gave really clear and easy instructions and were super friendly and accommodating especially with our little one also offering us recommendations. The place is exactly as described. The bed was very comfy, the pressure in the shower was great! and the kitchen has lots of utensils and options if you’re wanting to do some easy cooking. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, a nice place to crash while visiting family, however, you could easily make more use of all the wonderful amenities.

Beautiful home for a large family in a perfect location. Close to shops and parks with great playgrounds for kids. Thank you James for being such a great host! You showed impeccable hospitality. I would recommend your home to anyone.

Great place. Just what we needed. Lots of space. Lovely living space and even had some toys ans a small carton of milk for our two year old. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family

“The location was great—just a short drive to the sea, and the parking was really convenient. However, only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a big downside given the scorching 42°C Perth heat. It made for some uncomfortable nights in the uncooled rooms. If air conditioning was installed in all the bedrooms, it would make a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay.”

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

Tanya’s place in Cottesloe was perfect for our short family holiday. Perfect location so close to the beach, cafes, pubs. You can see the water as soon as you leave the front porch. It presented so well - just like the photos - and had everything we needed. Tanya was super easy and quick to communicate with and helped us out with things for our young ones. Thanks!
