Studio with bikes and sup in former consumption

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance and are therefore completely independent. We have taken an individual and high-quality approach to the furnishing and have used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, city harbour or beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is nevertheless very quiet.

The cottage is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is more than 150 years old and was the former. Ice house of the manor house. The sauna( incl. Sauna towels), table tennis or badminton can be used free of charge. The canoe, stand-up paddle board and rowing boat can be rented for a fee. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin and Wismar and Rostock are 30-45 minutes by car.

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. If you want to go on holiday in the countryside, you have come to the right place. On 4000sqm you will find rest and relaxation and numerous seating possibilities. For the youngest, there is a trampoline, a table-tennis table, a boxhouse and a play tower. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving petting units. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shops and the trendy KTV district is a 10-minute walk away.
