Beachfront holiday rental in Béni Khiar

It’s a little paradise close to the medina of Hammamet. Peaceful and authentic, it’s the perfect spot for a romantic escapade or a trip with friends. Having dinner in the center of the riad was the highlight of our stay, we loved being surrounded by the plants.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, with an emphasis on clean, for the first time in Tunisia, I have encountered such impeccability, unfortunately it is hard to find such an apartment. Unfortunately, without a car, it is rather poorly, because the housing estate is a few kilometers away from the center, you can walk 10 minutes to the stop and drive up, but unfortunately there is poor public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the supermarket is a 15-minute walk away, and the usual store is literally 5-7 minutes away. Overall, I recommend the apartment, when I'm in Hammamet again, I'd love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

Sami and Imen are exceptional hosts! A welcome in person, a perfectly equipped and beautiful house. It's bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures! They are very responsive, gave us great addresses. It has everything you need and more! Linens, lots of pillows and blankets, small products in the bathrooms, everything is very comfortable. Slim is a very helpful and friendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived to show us everything in the apartment and took us for a walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and in ideal location. Its close to the beach and swimming pool. We didn’t need to use taxis as everything was in the walkable distance. I will definitely not hesitate to come back and rebook Slims appointment for our future visit to Hammemt. A***

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

We spent 3 excellent weeks in this beautiful villa! The villa is very clean, spacious and much more beautiful than on the foto's! The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The Villa is located in a very quiet area. Achraf and his mother were always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this villa.

As a traveler who needs to cook their own meals because of dietary restrictions I am always very happy when I find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with tons of utensils and whatever else you may need! Very good location, conveniently mixing the comfort of an Airbnb with the amenities of a hotel (restaurant, pool etc.). Friendly and responsive host, despite our very last minute booking.

We stayed for an almost full week at Walid's house We were two families: 4 adults and 4 children. We loved our stay. This is a real holiday home. We found it spacious and rather well appointed and equipped for a holiday home. Perfect for families / kids The house is in a well secured residence, which we particularly appreciated. The connection between the house and the garden was very nice, the garden had shade in the afternoon, so the children were really able to play. And we also had fun enjoying the terrace in the evening. And finally, the "best" was the direct access to the beautiful beach of the residence. It is cleaned every morning, and is frequented mainly by the residents of the residence.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside home in Maamoura. The location is just perfect, with the beach a stone's throw away, which allowed us to fully enjoy the sun and sea. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was on hand. A big thank you to Mourad, our exceptional host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, responsive and always available to answer our questions or give us local advice. His warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. I loved the decoration of this villa, typically Tunisian and tastefully furnished. The house has an exceptional location, right on the beach. The host was very responsive and quickly fixed a small plumbing issue, which is appreciated. Only small downsides: two of the bedrooms do not have windows (but have ventilation), and the one-person mattresses are a little hard for my liking.

The views were incredible from this home on the Mediterranean Sea! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and we had all that we needed. Would definitely love to return some day.
