The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the iconic Ben Thanh Market and other popular tourist attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable The room itself was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The check-in instructions provided by the host were clear and straightforward, making access to the property a breeze. Speaking of the host, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions. The only complaint I have is that, due to its close proximity to the central location, it can get quite loud from traffic noise, making it a bit hard to sleep at times. This is a small trade-off for being in such a vibrant, convenient area. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to the city. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Saigon.

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Great location with shops, stores, restaurants within minutes. Very near to the tourist district and within easy walking distance. Room access directions were clear and easy. The room was as described and the washer was useful. I arrived rather late and found no towels but the host was super responsive and had them to me quickly... which was impressive. Thanks Mie! I would definitely stay here again.

There are many amenities around the apartment, and it’s quiet and clean. The host is also very responsive!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The nch hostess is cute and responds to quick messages to answer guests' issues as well as carefully guide, the room is as pictured and has a pretty chill balcony, the TV is available with netflix account as well as youtube, the room is clean and private, can get in and out freely, mng in the house is all friendly to help and there is an affectionate and cute puppy. I'll come back sometime!!!

Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Perfect position in central HCMC. Beautiful apartment which looks as good or even better than the photos. Great access to swimming pool and shopping mall. Very safe and friendly access via reception area. The view is just the best you can hope for. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. If ever we visit Vietnam and HCMC again we will definitely book again.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Fell in love with Michael’s place the first time I stayed so I decided to stay for a second time within a couple months. Michael and his team was very responsive and made sure I was okay throughout my stay. 5/5 all around

Very friendly host, cozy place

The place is totally quiet, which was very important to us in a vibrant city like Ho Chi Minh. We felt very comfortable. The only downside is that the bathroom is adjacent to a bedroom. But otherwise everything perfect. Communication has also worked wonderfully. We would stay there again. Highly recommend.

great place and a hidden gem! She was able to accommodate our request for early check-in. The place is comfy and with a great view. We were hoping to see the sunrise, but unfortunately, it's on the other side of the building. Will stay again in the future when we visit Saigon.
