An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. It's a shipping container! A cozy, actually luxurious 1-bedroom home with a hand-made walnut counter-top and Plants Everywhere, bringing a bit of nature indoors. A reverse osmosis drinking water system, 55-inch television, full-size refrigerator, full-size bed with Tuft-and-Needle mattress. There are two outdoor cats, you can feed them if you like... Boots likes to come inside to eat. The neighbor might ask you for a dollar, don't do it! This place to stay is truly one of a kind.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table.
