Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Belton Lake

Absolutely beautiful property and view. The layout is perfect and the hosts thought of everything. Kitchen was organized, and the instruction binder was incredibly detailed and well thought out, with the contents of the kitchen mapped out for us! Hosts were warm and responsive, took great care of the place, and us!

We had a great time! We just needed a nice place for my bridesmaids and I to stay in for the night before my wedding because we live so far away. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in Killeen again!

We had a very good time spend here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The communication was great and we never had any problems. The location was great and the house itself was great. From the Jacuzzi, to the fireplace & the small game room shed outside. If we decide to stay in Belton again, we will revisit this location. 10/10.

We couldn’t have chosen a better girls weekend home to get away to. The house was beautiful, and the view of the lake was amazing! We enjoyed watching by the deer in the neighborhood as well. The kitchen is very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and roomy, house is older but was in decent shape. Communication was immediate anytime we had a question. Plan on bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and coffee. All 3 queen beds were firm. We felt it was well worth the price paid and the neighborhood was nice so we would stay there again. Thank you Linda for your great customer support!

BEAUTIFUL air b&b. One day it rained and we spent the whole day inside. It was lovely.

She was wonderful to communicate with and easy to get ahold of.

This unit was perfect. It's right down the street from my son and his wife and children. It's also in walking distance to the main part of town and all the shops. It was very comfortable. I appreciated the split unit with heat--as it was cold when I arrived in Texas from Hawaii. I'm sure it's very comfortable in the summer when the air conditioning is used. The unit is safe, and peaceful. I wasn't worried about staying there alone. One thing to note: There is a staircase once you go in the front door to the upstairs and into the living areas. I wasn't aware of that but I think people should know you'll have to carry your suitcases upstairs. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Overall, a fantastic Christmas stay. Our extended family lives in the Salado area and this location was a quick drive to their place. The home was super clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We headed out before and after dark both days we were there and the area was well-lit. Bedding and linens were all high quality and "very cozy" according to my youngest kiddo :) Our only hiccup was that I didn't see the pets under 10 lbs stipulation until the night before we left. We had to make a quick pivot and line up other arrangements for our dog. If it's possible to move that item closer to the top of the 'house rules' section of the listing that would probably be helpful for future guests. I just thought I'd seen all the rules after I'd expanded the list and scrolled, but it was the last one and I missed it. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again ourselves as long as we're traveling without the pup.

Beautiful little cottage in the heart of downtown Salado. Well appointed space, very comfortable. It was a good size for a family of 3, two couples would really be pushing it. I definitely look forward to staying with Carol again. She is very easy to work with and responsive. Ps the deck on the back overlooking the creek is a wonderful place to take in a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Kyle’s place was perfect for our large group of 15. He was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the area again.

We were looking to get away for a few days, and looking for peace and adventure. We definitely found it here. Was so nice to slow down and just enjoy nature and the peace and quiet that this place offers. We took morning walks and loved seeing all the wildlife. Took advantage of the pond and did some kayaking and boating and even got brave enough to jump off the pier! It had been a while since we had taken a family vacation and this was just what we all needed. Was so nice for the kiddos to be off electronics and enjoy catching frogs and tadpoles at the creek. Corey took time out to show us around the property and was adamant about us reaching out it if we needed anything. It didn’t feel like we were staying at an air b n b but rather as if we were crashing at a friends place. If we get the opportunity again we’ll definitely be back!

A nice cozy cabin on a beautiful property just outside of Bertram. Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. Everything was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Great porches to enjoy a meal or to sit and watch the gorgeous Texas sunsets. Very responsive host and clear instructions. Loved the little French Bulldog that was always eager to greet you! Would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Tere was so kind & responsive! Great amount of space for our of mothers & daughters staying for local horse show! We loved the dinner we ordered from Chef Lucy / so wonderful & highly recommend if you stay!

What a wonderful experience! The cabin is new construction and immaculately clean. The two bedrooms and beds were super comfortable. The “bunk loft” was great place for our kids. They loved staying up in the loft. Full kitchen with new appliances made preparing our own food easy. Amazing view over the old limestone quarry lake was gorgeous. Gas grill, wood grill available. We loved sitting on the large back porch during the day and down at the large fire pit (overlooking the quarry lake) in the evening. Lots of nature and plenty of room for the kids to explore. We saw deer, turkey, osprey, rabbits turtles, frogs, and plenty of birds. Star gazing was amazing. Host was gracious, responded immediately, gave clear instructions and helped us plan activities. This is a great out-in-the country getaway location. I highly recommend.
