Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellevue, Nashville

An adorable small apartment located in the woods. We didn’t see any wildlife except for a possum on the driveway going down to the apartment. We would stay here again except it’s too far away from the family. Peaceful and relaxing, it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside but would be nice when warmer. The Peacock theme was adorable as was the houseplants, made it feel very homey.. Betty and Bill

Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Dylan was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with. The home is cozy, decorated well, has super comfy beds and was very clean! Instructions were easy. We were staying there for a wedding which was close by, so for us, the location was perfect. Thank you, Dylan!

Felt very much at home at Ginger's place. Had absolutely everything we needed for our few days stay. Ginger was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the location was close enough to all of the restaurants and shopping you could want but far enough away to be a nice quiet stay. The personal touches made Gingers place stand out from other Airbnbs.

So happy we found this gem! Comfortable, peaceful, clean. Having access to a washer and dryer is priceless. Huge back deck with a beautiful view. Travis was very responsive to our questions. We have already booked it again!

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

Alex was a great host. He was attentive and proactive. The stay was gorgeous! Simple, clean, inviting feel all around. This place is easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out. My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great. We specifically chose this location because our trip was centered around an event at The Caverns in Pelham. We were right in the middle, with Nashville only 30 minutes away! There were also many scenic trails all within 40-50 miles from our stay. It was perfect! The check-in process was quick and smooth. Hosts were nice and responsive. If I ever plan a similar trip, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, colorful, and airy with plenty of natural light. Plenty of room for me and my husband. We enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and the gym down stairs. Although the highway outside was pretty noisy throughout the night, we still enjoyed our stay.

This is great location, easy walking distance to all Nashville has to offer. David’s instructions were easy to follow and very detailed. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Gleicy's place. It was very close (walkable) to lower broadway to enjoy music, restaurants, and local bars. Her place was clean and nicely furnished! We will certainly have it on our list for our frequent visits to Nashville!

Perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Easy walk to Hillsboro for shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra blankets. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value!

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!
