We stayed in Julia’s nice apartment for the second time. Everything perfect, we love the location and the building. We felt perfectly at home and Julia is a fantastic host

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Easy access apartment by car with free private parking,Super garage by bike with power outlet ( e-bike😉) The accommodation offers a bedroom separate from the kitchen and bathroom with🚾. Clean, comfortable apartment with small touches (cold drink, cake...) on your arrival.

We couldn't honor our coming as the microbes invaded us. Yvan and Estelle were very kind and understanding and we were able to cancel the reservation in a hurry. We thank them again for their empathy and we will not hesitate to rent from them again during our next visit close to home! I recommend it!

Really nice home, comfortable, very clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is great if you want to do activities around the lake.

We spent 2 wonderful days in this cottage for Christmas. We really enjoyed the extreme cleanliness on arrival, the calm, the beautiful cozy decoration of the living room, the spacious bathroom and with quality materials, the pretty and pleasant bed linen, the magnificent view, the number and modular furniture, the bean coffee machine, the large fridge, the oven and the many oven dishes, as well as the basics. Despite the snow and the - 9 exteriors at night, the radiators did their job well: we were not cold at all! Constance was very responsive to our questions. Be careful in the middle of winter, the pathway is steep and snow tires equipment is essential in case of snowy periods to go up and down. A beautiful place!

Very nice place to spend a vacation with family.

Our stay went very well. Oxana and Victor whose hosts are very available and responsive. If there are any questions or concerns, they respond immediately. The accommodation is spacious, functional and well-equipped. The terrace is very large with a nice view, the hot tub is great. The surroundings are nice to walk with strolls along waterways, waterfalls etc. We would recommend this listing.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with all amenities in great location. Supermarket nearby. Nice restaurant across the street. On 2 bus lines, one of which goes to WHO and UN. Some minor street noise during the day, but quiet at night. Overall, a great AirBnB.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Amazing sweet little apartment that we fell in love with! Free parking right outside is a major plus and the flat had everything we needed for a gorgeous few days in Annecy.

I had the pleasure to meet the wonderful host, Noëlle on the premises upon arrival. Very friendly and welcoming. The place has good privacy, while being well integrated in the farm, close to lots of 'chemins de randonnée'. The stove is available for extra heat and comfort, and all the wood is made available to guests. I would recommend warmly both the location for a peaceful retreat on the countryside (but 15min. from Morges ;-)) and the super nice interactions with Noëlle. Avaible 'fresh eggs from happy chicken' or wine made by the family son are nices pluses!
