Holiday houses in Belleair Beach

This property is the perfect place to stay for a trip to IRB. The unit has all of the necessities. The beautiful beaches are just a short walk with a crosswalk is at the end of the neighborhood. Three tasty restaurants within a short walking distance. The owner gives great local recommendations. He is responsive to messages and flexible with parking when our flight times didn’t align with the check in/out times. I have stayed in the same unit in Indian Shores for the past 7 years, but I think I may have a found a new “home away from home” when I come down for Phillies Spring Training!

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

Our family spent time at Francesca’s place over our spring break. We felt right at home! Everything was exactly as described. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The beach was a short walk away and all beach ammenities were provided which was super convienent. The kids were entertained for hours and had so much fun in the games room every evening after we returned from the beach. Francescas dad, recommended a great restaurant (TJs) which was close by that both adults and kids enjoyed. Thank you so much for being such great hosts. We look forward to coming back!!

We had a great trip. The location was perfect with a nice view of the intercostal channel and an easy 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet and peaceful for this time of the year and just what we were looking for. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. We would certainly like to return and rent back from her. 10 and of 10

We had 13 girls stay at Beverly’s and there was plenty of space. The pool was clean and had lots of chairs around. There’s plenty to walk to but also a quick uber to downtown St. Pete and Tampa. She answered any and all questions, and so quickly! Highly recommend saying here with your girlfriends☺️

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!
