The hosts are very nice and friendly who have provided us with useful information and suggestions on the trip in Venice. The house, which is near the train station with 7 minutes walk, is cosy and gorgeous with a beautiful garden that we can enjoy ourselves in.

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well-equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Arianna is a very nice young lady, if we had any problem, she helped to solve it immediately. We are very happy to have met you Arianna, see you next year!

We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor. the stairs are a bit narrow but being in Venice it is normal, the apartment itself is nice, well-kept and very clean. Maybe the bed was a little uncomfortable, but it's a personal rating. the apartment is very well connected by public transport and the area is very calm, even if it is close to Piazza San Marco. the directions to get there were very clear and provided well in advance to facilitate the organization of the trip! i recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Venice!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Andrea's Apt is perfect: if you want to visit Venice, you walk 5 min to the local public transport station and get directly to Venice in about 20 minutes. the apt is big, and clean. you'll find everything you need to cook, eat, rest. 2 tvs, wi-fi connection, wash machine...what else?? best choice for a family with kids or 2 couples (there are 2 bathrooms!). Daniela who helps Andrea with the guests is very kind and always available. I will definetely suggest this location.
