We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

“We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house in Casanina. The house is very large, spacious and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the kindness and attention of the host, who also surprised us with a wonderful detail: a delicious bread accompanied by wine and typical sausages of the area, a gesture that we really appreciate. We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Comfortable apartment, practically on the beach, nice to have breakfast looking at the sea. Very close to Mirabilandia. The apartment had all the comforts and was very clean. Matteo and his dad are very kind and hospitable.

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Marina and Giorgio were wonderful hosts. Lots of little extras that I hadn’t expected. Location is a very easy walk to the train station, buses, the historic district, and to the beach area with lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is in a residential area so very quiet. First time in Rimini and Marina and Giorgio made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

Despite problems with our health, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing with very accurate photography. The surrounding area is peaceful, with good access to the train station. It is one of the most affordable and decent places we have found in the Romagna and we warmly recommend it to guests.

Alberto was very flexible. Unfortunately, we could not use the apartment ourselves for personal reasons. For this, one of our sons spent an additional beautiful holiday in Bellaria. The view from the balconies and kitchen was beautiful and everything you need was available in the apartment

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

Pleasant and quiet environment, even though town center and beach very easily accesible. Also Alessandra helped us to overcome all difficulties we have during our stay.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Margherita was an amazing host, extremely sweet, and the hospitality was unbelievable. The rooms are disney themed and very well put together. She made my friends and I breakfast and it was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and makes for some great pictures.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

Sara was an impeccable host. She wanted to check us in herself and welcomed us with extreme kindness and warmth. He also made us a breakfast cake the next day while staying in the apartment for just one night! Very clean spaces, impeccable bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen! Great and super recommended

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!
