Everything is perfect!! AMAZING stay and home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

“We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house in Casanina. The house is very large, spacious and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the kindness and attention of the host, who also surprised us with a wonderful detail: a delicious bread accompanied by wine and typical sausages of the area, a gesture that we really appreciate. It is certainly the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. ¡

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

Lovely place to stay, beds comfy, close to bars and restaurants. Great location. Nice garden area closed in, good for young kids.

Alberto was very flexible. Unfortunately, we could not use the apartment ourselves for personal reasons. For this, one of our sons spent an additional beautiful holiday in Bellaria. The view from the balconies and kitchen was beautiful and everything you need was available in the apartment

We felt super comfortable. Very warm hosts. Beautiful accommodation and complex, large swimming pool. We also felt very safe. Big shopping center right next door. We had bikes with us and were able to explore the surroundings within a few minutes. Nicoletta gave us many valuable tips. San Marino, San Leo, Cesenatico were worth seeing excursion destinations. Thank you very much Nicoletta and the lovely parents. We loved our hosts very much and will certainly be back.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a wonderful week! Very nice place if you are looking for tranquility but still want to be able to find the hustle and bustle. Extremely beautiful place, clean and really cozy. Simonetta and family will make you feel completely welcome. Highly recommended for everyone.

Margherita was an amazing host, extremely sweet, and the hospitality was unbelievable. The rooms are disney themed and very well put together. She made my friends and I breakfast and it was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and makes for some great pictures.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

Really beautiful place Mirco is her very kind mother. We were greeted with a very good cake and wine. It was like staying at home. 100% recommend😊
