Perfect accommodation both for those who want a relaxing weekend and for those who want to have a weekend with friends, located in a perfect position to be able to move comfortably on foot without having to move the car. Beautiful house, spacious, very equipped, modern. Fabio number one. Highly recommended.

Cute, clean, and well-furnished place to stay. Parking was not inside the property as described (due to work) but there was still parking a few meters away.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Delightful apartment on the sixth floor (with elevator) overlooking the sea and the beach below. Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a more than pleasant stay. A maximum of an hour by car from the city that is definitely worth a visit. Very kind host, punctual and available to make suggestions.

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

The apartment has a 1A location, right on the street, where there is a lot going on in the evening. Just across the road is an excellent and very in demand restaurant. It's about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and also a bar with delicious brioche and good coffee is right by the marina nearby. The apartment is very well laid out, the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms are superbly equipped, and the terrace is exceptionally beautiful and large. All really highly recommended!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

Despite problems with our health, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing with very accurate photography. The surrounding area is peaceful, with good access to the train station. It is one of the most affordable and decent places we have found in the Romagna and we warmly recommend it to guests.

Alberto was very flexible. Unfortunately, we could not use the apartment ourselves for personal reasons. For this, one of our sons spent an additional beautiful holiday in Bellaria. The view from the balconies and kitchen was beautiful and everything you need was available in the apartment

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a wonderful week! Very nice place if you are looking for tranquility but still want to be able to find the hustle and bustle. Extremely beautiful place, clean and really cozy. Simonetta and family will make you feel completely welcome. Highly recommended for everyone.

Margherita was an amazing host, extremely sweet, and the hospitality was unbelievable. The rooms are disney themed and very well put together. She made my friends and I breakfast and it was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and makes for some great pictures.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.
