Extremely satisfied with the location and price It was nice that the communication with the owner was very quick and accurate to solve the problem. One regret is that if there were a few more apartment access cards, it would be convenient for the family to stay. There was only one card, so it was a bit of a pity that several people were busy moving up and down.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the space comfortable. The host made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

for those who have stayed at Christian's apartment, the location is close to 3 large malls in West Jakarta, Central Park, Neo Soho and Taman Anggrek mall, there is direct access to Central Park mall through East Tunnel, there is a mini market that is open 24 hours in the pool area. Hope to see you again.

Lucky’s house was great. Worth the money. + internet hi speed +playstation works well +premium equipment +easy to find trash bin every where +modern interior +secure cluster (I saw security go around many time every day) +air conditioner super cool +working area so comfortable (the chair) - check in time 3 pm, but I was check in at 4.10pm

I stayed at this villa while preparing for a concert at SICC, and it exceeded my expectations! The villa is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (though it feels like there are more, as some rooms were locked), clean bathrooms, and incredibly comfy beds. I slept soundly despite being exhausted from event prep. The best part? It’s very affordable for such a large place and is located close to SICC, making everything super convenient. Mr. Rudy, the host, was very kind, even accommodating my last-minute booking. Mr. Budi, the caretaker, was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything smooth, including extending my checkout time and very last-minute request to extending my stay for another night. The only minor downside was a few insects, but I left the windows open, so that's on me. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back for future events at SICC. It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. We had a pleasant stay at Hadi's place, with ample amenities, a comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The location is very strategic for business or events at ICE BSD. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. There are also ample space and amenities for quality time with family. Thank you!

Clean and spacious accommodation, with great view of the sea from living room and main bedroom. Close to amenities with 24h grocery store and many local foods at the doorstep. Secure apartment. Cater to the needs of family.

over all is good enough, but there are flaws 1. Parking fee is expensive because it is not registered member and the regulation of the member only applies 1 unit 1 car. anticipation for my tenant to park on vallet, the location of the road will enter the mall for 35k per day. 2. It is a good idea for the owner to prepare a gallon water dispenser,even if the owner has prepared bottled water,but it is not efficient. anticipation we have to buy or cook water ourselves 3. The cookware is incomplete, the cookware uses a conductor heater that only supports 1 pot. So it's a bit of a hassle if we want to cook and alternate. Although we've brought our own free cooking pots and don't support the tools. it is best to have an electric stove or gas stove. 4. Rice cooker is not provided. The opportunity is to bring your own rice cooker.

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

My family and I had an extended stay at Nilawati's place and can't wait to return. The pictures honestly don't do the apartment and location justice. The apartment is immaculately clean and well kept with every essential item needed to maintain it. The balcony views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment building has an unbelievable pool/garden/playground area with equally spectacular views of the sea. And the apartment building is literally connected to the adjacent Baywalk mall that has a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and even a cinema. Nilawati is also a superb host: always responsive, always helpful, and always very considerate and accommodating. We really felt at home and that had a lot to do with both how well this apartment is maintained and prepared for guests but also with how great Nilawati was at being a kind, responsive, and considerate host.

We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. The apartment is beautiful, the views incredible and the amenities of the complex outstanding. Especially the pool was just amazing. With grab or taxi you can get anywhere quickly and cheaply. There are nice cafes in the area and a supermarket in the adjacent mall that offers many European products. Rony always responded super quickly. When the water dispenser was empty, we got new water delivered within 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the nice time, we felt very comfortable!
