Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.

Between Warendorf and Freckenhorst, surrounded by fields and meadows, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our ecologically restored barn. Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Working and living in a beautiful ambience

In 2022, we completely renovated this 36 sqm apartment, paying great attention to individuality and flexibility. The mobile workbench is a workplace with a monitor or dining table for you and your friends. The couch invites you to relax and transforms in seconds into a 1.4 m bed with slatted base and cold foam mattress. Downtown is a 5-minute walk. Everything else in Beckum can be reached by bike, which can be provided on request.

Apartment - Modern - Accessible

On 38 square meters you will find a small functionally furnished modern apartment with special views of accessibility. The bed has a care frame and can be adjusted electrically in height. The bathroom is wheelchair access. The apartment can be reached on the second floor by a lift. The bed has a width of 140 cm. The couch in the apartment is extendable and can be used as a second bed - with a width of 120 cm.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Our pretty, small cottage is located in an idyllic location between the towns of Ahlen and Beckum. It is for exclusive use with a small terrace and an unobstructed view of nature and our ponies. It is also cozy to sit by the fireplace. The house is barrier-free to enter. A car can park under a remise directly in front of the entrance. A wallbox is available.
